  • Episode #68 - How To Avoid Gaining Weight While Travelling

    16/05/2018 Duration: 21min

As you’re on the plane on the way back from your holiday you begin to think of all of the food you ate and all of the cocktails you indulged in and now you realise you have to lose that holiday weight you gained, get back into exercise and it feels like you’ve lost all of the hard work that you’ve put in.   “Why does it have to be so hard!?”   Fortunately, it actually isn’t that hard to maintain the progress you’ve achieved while travelling and you don’t have to come back with that feeling of guilt.   This may seem like overkill because I know you just want to switch off from everything, but remember health and fitness doesn’t “switch off” you always need to be taking care of your health even when you’re on holidays and while you might not want to focus so much on eating “clean” and training hard, implementing just a few minor things will help make all of the difference.

  • Episode #65 - Do You Need Ab Exercises

    07/05/2018 Duration: 08min

How many times have you done research on “the best ab exercises to burn stubborn fat”? When I was younger and first getting into weight training I thought that I must have been doing something wrong with my exercise. I had tried all of these different types of “ab” routines but none of them seemed to help shift that stubborn fat.   It turns out I was wasting most of my time because ab exercises are only one part of getting rid of stubborn fat. If you really want to get rid of it and get a toned stomach then focusing on your diet first is going to be much more important.   Apart from diet, when it comes to ab training specifically you should focus on doing your full body exercises first as these will help you build up a strong core. When you do a squat, when you push something over your head or pick something up off the ground your abs are being used and the heavier the weight you use the stronger your abs will become. Key Points How to develop stronger abs What to do apart from just ab training How To Bu

How many people do you know (or maybe you’ve experienced this yourself) who have lost a whole lot of weight but have put it all back on.
