Being able to start new healthy habits is the key for long term weight loss success. What’s even more important is making sure that you’re able to stick to those habits long term. Most people are able to try a new habit and they get excited for a few days but this can quickly be undone if they don’t solidify that habit.   In order to make a habit stick, you need to be able to learn how to stick to a habit on a daily basis until it becomes instinctual and this usually takes about 60 days on average.
