  Whenever we go on a diet we always get excited when we first start. We cut out all of the bad food, we are strict with what we eat and we can become very focused for a few weeks. The problem is that after a few weeks, the diet gets harder, we lose our momentum and we start to let things slip just a little bit at first and then more and more.   Before we know it we’re having a few pieces of chocolate at work, we buy a box of oreos at the store, we go out with friends on the weekend and grab a few drinks and a pizza and BAM we’re back in our old habits.   If you’ve started to notice that your diet is no longer a diet and you’re falling out of good habits, all is not lost.
