Most people simply don’t drink enough water during the day. If i asked you how much you drink every day would you be able to tell me with accuracy how much? If you don’t know then you’re most likely not getting enough.   A large majority of our body is made up of water and it plays vital roles. Some of it is used as lubrication for our bones, some of it is converted to blood and some if it is used to help with energy production. Without water we would be dead (obviously) but if you’re not drinking enough, you may not be dead but you’re not thriving.   In order to make sure you’re drinking enough water to give you enough hydration and energy for the day, you need to make sure you’re following what I lay out in this podcast and drink as much as I recommend.   In today’s podcast, Tyson shares with you how to start drinking more water.
