In 2019 I went to Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Mexico and stayed at several luxury properties.  As a travel agent I wanted to go and check out why people flocked to Cabo so often.  I stayed at 5 different resorts so that I could see the difference between each of them in order to help my travel clients.  I had the best time, it felt like a mix of Scottsdale/Palm Springs and Hawaii depending on which resort you were at. If customer service is high on your list for when you travel than you will want to make sure you stay at one of these properties.
