I realized this insecurity was going to be in my way forever if I let it... So I DECIDED to take action. (No, I couldn’t just “own it” with the self love messaging popular these days, sorry) I knew I had to get fit to build the unshakeable SELF CONFIDENCE to enjoy these moments to the fullest.
