Quick Saucy Chicken with Spaghetti - Life Beyond The Scales - Daily Inspiration #75
20/09/2018 Duration: 14minServes 4 Prep time 5 Minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes Ingredients - 3 chicken breast cut in thin strips. - 1 box of passata - 1/2 pack of your choice of spaghetti - 1 TSB of Olive oil - 1 cup frozen onions - 2 cup frozen peppers - 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped - A big hand full of spinach - Fajita mix spices or you can use any spices. Salt, pepper, lemon juice, cumin powder, the paprika powder will all work. Method Fry onion, garlic and peppers in some olive oil. Add chicken breast and cook till brown. Add the passata and all the spices and cook for a further 10 minutes. In a separate pan boil the spaghetti till tender and drain. Add the spaghetti to the chicken and add a handful of spinach on the top. Cover the lid so the spinach gets soft. Serve with vegetables of your choice.
