What an absolute ridiculous word to use in any vocabulary, Disappointment. The word crushes are soul yet we continue to use this word to describe our emotions. If something doesn’t go the way you want it to go, 'I am so disappointed'. Let's try and change these words to, 'It wasn’t meant to be', learn from it and let it go. Please one more request from soul sisters. Don’t tell your child you are disappointed in them. It can wreck your self-esteem for years instead tell them how you feel and concrete​ on the behaviour rather than the person.
