    21/09/2021 Duration: 32min

This weeks questions answered;  Sorry this is long lol. Any advice on having a split audience? From my polls I’m finding a split in the way they measure success, what they want to achieve and why they want it. If I include all of this in my content, I feel like it will confuse my message and confuse me. Half focus on aesthetics, progress pics etc. And others just want to feel good and be happy in themselves. Potentially differences in age and diet history etc playing a role.  What can I do for the clients who don't have FB or choose not to be on the group as I upload videos on there for them.  how do you avoid burn out? We always ask what’s the best podcasts / books / courses etc for us as PTs but what would you recommend for our clients ? I have gifted out Atomic Habits , James Smiths books and The Fitness chefs books in the past, would you recommend any others ?  Please can you advise how to correct someone's form on gym floor without denting their confidence?  I enjoy goin

Join the 6 week mentoring program >>>> http://ptmentoracademy.com/  Questions covered this week;  How to approach leads who on a pre-consult form select they’re willing to invest the least money wise. How do you get clients to understand that they are probably under-reporting their calories without coming across as a dick? What are some examples of aims and intent when it comes to lead gen? Sometimes I feel like I need to have a reason to go approach people and I want to know that they will get something from it if that makes sense. How often do you feel you should change a clients program and what things would you consider around this?

This weeks questions from the group;  What do you do with clients (I have 2 in particular) that every single day I have to chase up to send me their food diaries as part of daily accountability.  It's been made clear at the start about their role, had a couple of reminders about it and yet it STILL doesn't change.  It frustrates the shit out of me.  There is a daily reminder for all clients that goes in my members group hub to send through their agreed daily accountability which is supposed to be done by the end of each day, as I allocate my schedule to go through them all first thing in the mornings.  Should I continue to chase them or do I leave it and put the responsibility back on them?  I just worry if I leave it, things spiral and part of my service is the daily accountability which the rest of my clients love. Looking to do seminars in the gym but how do I make "calorie counting" and "weight loss tips" sound exciting to get them to actually come? I don't want it to sound t

  • LIVE CHECK IN Q&A #21

    16/06/2021 Duration: 45min

Questions covered this week;  I have an obese client I am working with.  From the start have made sure the client has complete autonomy and built the plan around what they have felt they could do, given them the daily accountability that they requested.  Goes well for two weeks then ghosts me for a week, then gets back in touch etc and we get on a call.  From the start she said she has given herself two years to lose what she needs to which is great that she is realistic, however even though we've talked about doing it in smaller chunks, just to focus on the actions for each day she continues to get demoralised by how much she has to lose, which causes the ghosting/self sabotage.  But she doesn't want to give up which is great.  The hardest part is she is just so tired all the time, only sleeps 4.5 hours at night, gets home from work at 3 then naps for two hours because she is so tired.  Currently we are trying to start getting her to go to bed a bit earlier and reduce the n

I know the basics but not enough to give advice. • LIVE CHECK IN Q&A #19

    25/05/2021 Duration: 30min

This weeks questions from the group;  Interested in your thoughts on having a FREE trial option in particular for website traffic?  Would be done through an email series over a certain time period, eg 5, 7 Days where they get an email each day with a video and then perhaps a task to do.  A way to not only let them have an experience with the hope they would sign up but also to capture email addresses.  Thanks! How to manage clients that don't want to track cals? At the moment I give them options such as cal counting, food diary and taking pictures of foods and ask them which would suit them best. How do I get the message to land that nutrition needs to be managed to achieve their goal?   How would you recommend structuring when you put time in for consults? I currently have slots available during the times that I want to fill (though this may now be irrelevant as I'm more focused on building the online coaching side of things right now over face to face).  I have it set so peopl
