Please recommend what you would cover/include in a general sickness policy relating to clients cancelling sessions.  Do you make up sessions with an already full schedule?  It seems unreasonable to penalise a client for something that is not their fault.  (Clients do not seem interested in anything other than 1-2-1/face-to-face sessions.  They also expect what they are paying for, as part of the service, to be delivered).  How do you communicate all of this in a fair and reasonable way without this issue affecting your business?  Q.2 Please remind me what should be included in a COVID policy - both relating to the trainer and/or the client being off sick.
