Creating work that works for me too.

A huge lesson from 2022 was about learning not to confuse my capability with my capacity. I want to be able to continue providing transformative coaching to my clients, but I also want to do so in a way that supports my own health, joy and mission to be a well rested woman. So I am making changes in the pursuit of a work life harmony so that my work is not at the expense of me! This includes changing to an evergreen model.
