Welcome to Group Fitness Over Coffee. This is podcast for instructors and participants who want to want to know whats what with Group Fitness across the world. With Group Fitness Over Coffee I hope to share with you interviews, reviews and tips from all Group Fitness programmes from Les Mills, to Zumba. From Metafit to free style aerobics. She’s been a Les Mills master trainer in the UK since the very beginning and was UK Head Body Balance trainer for many years.
