Meet Our Season 12 Coachee (Introduction with Molly)
01/10/2025 Duration: 41minWe’re kicking off Season 12 with a powerful introduction to our new coachee, Molly! In this intro episode, you’ll get to know who Molly is, both in her business and in her life, and why she said yes to this experience of coaching publicly. She shares what’s been working in her business, the challenges she’s navigating right now, and the goals she’s holding as she steps into this container. Most importantly, you’ll hear her excitement (and fears) about what’s to come. I have a feeling you’re going to fall in love with Molly and be inspired by her willingness to go deep from the very beginning. In this episode, you’ll hear: Molly’s background and what drives her in business and life What life looks like right now as a business owner and mother Why she wanted to work together and what made her say yes to the podcast The challenges she’s navigating that don’t have a neat resolution yet The goals she’s working toward as she steps into this season What she’s most excited for — and most nervous about — in the jou

A Sold Out Offer & Sales Page Specifics (Session 1 with Molly)
01/10/2025 Duration: 41minI'm going to be honest, this is a unique session to start a season. And as you get to know the joy and vulnerability that Molly brings to everything, you'll see why it couldn't have been any other way! Molly and I pick up "mid conversation" (i.e. we had done an intensive together prior to starting) to celebrate and dissect a huge win and dive incredibly deep on an in-process sales page. This episode exemplifies how simple it can be to see results, and much strategy and detail still go into it. You'll walk away with energetic shifts to apply to your next launch, detailed shifts to make on your sales page, and an example of what it really means to go deep into the details as a coach and client. In this episode, you’ll hear: • How Molly sold out her offer before she even launched it • The way she actually got results from our intensive (that every coach and client needs to hear) • The thing that truly changes how your offer sells (that is so simple we often hate to acknowledge it) • The massive advantage of ru

I Truly Feel Successful (Wrap Up Session with Jackie)
20/08/2025 Duration: 38minIn this final wrap up with Jackie, we are talking all about what her experience on the podcast was like as well as the lessons and breakthroughs she had during this time. She’s sharing what being coached publicly felt like, what she’s taking into the next iteration of her business and what surprised her most. In this episode, you’ll hear: The non-linear healing journey Jackie is on and what it was like to share that so vulnerably on the podcast How her business hasn’t only improved financially, but the huge changes she's felt in how she views her business and success The commentary I have on Jackie's therapist (and why all of us need this reflection) The importance of team and support and how much Jackie's view on that have changed How Jackie "catfished" me and why coaching never ended up being about "showing back up on Instagram" The biggest takeaway Jackie had and what she wants y’all to know Episode Links Join my Facebook group Connect with Jackie on Instagram Learn more about Jackie on her website

What's the Point? (Session 18 with Jackie)
13/08/2025 Duration: 51minIn this final coaching session with Jackie, we dive into what the actual point is of anything we're doing... whether that's email strategy, organic social growth, or switching platforms to TikTok. We talk about what it means to truly find your own reason and make that enough instead of performing for your clients or people on the 'gram. We also dive deep into list fatigue, launch strategy, and how great support should feel. And, of course, we talk about hyper-independence (theme of this season much?) and what it means to revisit old challenges even when you have new results. In this episode, you’ll hear: Why I’m suggesting Jackie not do daily emails, and the reason this matters for better long-term results Specific thoughts on ending a coaching container with intention How to shift your strategy *without* your results having to suffer Why it’s so important to control the narrative, and how to do that without feeling performative The sneaky pattern of women who always “figure it out”, and how shifting thi

“What Don’t I Know Yet?” (Session 17 with Jackie)
06/08/2025 Duration: 54minIn this episode, we dive into the nuance most people miss when they look at data. Jackie is seeing strong conversions, but we go beneath the surface to explore what those numbers are actually telling us about traffic, trust, and the deeper work of scaling with integrity. We talk about what it means to hold the tension between “this worked” and “this still needs to change,” how Jackie’s sales strength is being used against her (by her own inner critic), and the rebuilding that’s required when you’ve lost trust. This one is all about strategy, but also about the emotional maturity it takes to stay with the unknown long enough to see it turn into something better. In this episode, you’ll hear: Why it’s exciting to change things when you actually trust the data The spot-on Matilda reference that all us 90's kids need The trap of thinking courses don’t create results and the nuance we need to hold instead How to sit in “I’m so close and something still needs to change” without spiraling Why traffic quality is th

Should Jackie Fire Me? (Session 16 with Jackie)
30/07/2025 Duration: 55minThis episode starts with the shift that happened after our last session, and a look at what happens when the business starts talking back to tell us if it actually worked. It ends with a discussion on if Jackie should fire me as her coach. In between, you'll hear Jackie and I dig into what it really takes to see her pivot all the way through to truly create the big shifts and results she's after. This one is for you if you’ve ever found yourself hustling to “just get it done” and wondered why your results still feel stuck. We get into it all: messy pivots, money mindset, team dynamics, and the emotional labor behind staying focused when you really want to run to the next thing. In this episode, you’ll hear: The $5 ad pivot that changed everything, and how we made it happen mid-launch Why your webinar should be doing the heavy lifting (and what to do if it’s not) The real ROI of an evergreen funnel that is crucial to understand if you want to really scale The #1 thing that keeps most high-achievers from

Having It All vs. Being It All (Close-Up with Lacey)
23/07/2025 Duration: 28minThis episode is a little love letter from my heart to yours. It's for every one of us high-achieving women who’s hit the goal, checked the box, crossed the finish line, and still found ourselves asking... why doesn’t it feel like enough? As we near the end of this season, we’re diving into one of the biggest undercurrents of Jackie’s journey, (and frankly a LOT of our journeys)... the tension between having it all and feeling like you have to be it all in order for that to happen. This one is both personal and universal and the kind of conversation I believe we all need to be having more of... the ones that don't just shift our strategy, but our identity. In this episode, you’ll hear: The unspoken job description many women inherit The pattern I see in Jackie that almost every high-achieving woman building her own business has had to unwind The thing that actually drains most women and leads to burnout - that has NOTHING to do with how much you're working The key to building a business that is easy to bui

Data, Directness, and the Power of a Pivot (Session 15 with Jackie)
16/07/2025 Duration: 58minThis episode is a powerful reminder that business success is rarely about one big move, but is almost always about the small shifts in attention, data, and decisions that lead to the big results. Jackie is moving through the (sometimes very annoying) truth that where your energy goes, results follow. We get real about the uncomfortable reality of watching sales dry up when your attention wanders, the mindset spiral of seeing high-cost leads, and what it takes to actually stay grounded as a CEO when something doesn’t perform the way you want it to. This one is about facing the data, making meaning from the metrics, and getting grounded in the decisions that keep your business moving forward in a big way (without spiraling out or selling yourself short). In this episode, you’ll hear: The mechanism behind unexpected course sales rolling in How we navigate a super high lead cost without losing our minds (or momentum) Why some clients need tough love (and how I knew Jackie was ready to hear it) The CEO skill t

Good Client Conditioning, Slow Seasons, and Business Triggers (Session 14 with Jackie)
09/07/2025 Duration: 01h02sWhat happens when you know the lesson… but you’re still in it? In this episode, Jackie shows us what true integration look like. The kind where your brain gets it, your business is built around it, and still the pattern resurfaces. We explore what it really means to be “doing the work” in a season where life is full, business is good, and yet… your nervous system still remembers the past. From how we're supporting clients to how we're looking at our own support, we dive into the BS "good client" conditioning that keeps so many people stuck, how to make slow seasons your springboard, and the importance of processing through business triggers (and the trauma behind them) without giving up your big goals. This one is rich, real, and full of permission to burn down what doesn’t fit… even if it once did. In this episode, you’ll hear: The "good client" conditioning that makes me rage How to make seasonality in business part of your success plan The lie about what our job as coaches actually is (and isn't) The hug

Serving Well Without Losing Yourself (Close-Up with Lacey)
02/07/2025 Duration: 31minWe talk a lot about delivering in business (though probably still not enough). We know the game of giving more value, being of service, and overdelivering to create results. But what gets talked about far less is how often that delivery comes at the expense of your own bandwidth, clarity, or boundaries, especially when you really care. In this solo episode, I’m unpacking what it actually looks like to serve powerfully without losing yourself in the process. We’re talking about expectation-setting, emotional labor, clean boundaries, and why real leadership means being honest about what’s yours to hold… and what’s not. Because the truth is, most burnout doesn’t come from giving too much. It comes from holding what was never meant to be yours. In this episode, you’ll hear: Why overdelivering is often just self-protection in disguise How this one thing creates so much trust and reduces emotional labor What clean delivery actually looks like when you care deeply The difference between proving your value and emb

Trusting Others (Session 13 with Jackie)
25/06/2025 Duration: 58minWe all know trust matters in business. But it’s usually framed as self-trust... trust yourself, back yourself, show up confidently. And while that’s true, it’s not the whole story. In this episode, Jackie and I talk about the kind of trust that doesn’t get nearly enough airtime, and why it's at the heart of everything from pricing and retreat planning to expectation setting and sustainable growth. This one goes deep into what it really takes to lead when you care deeply and still want to scale. In this episode, you’ll hear: The real truth about retreats that most people won't tell you How a casual comment from Jackie’s assistant revealed a bigger industry-wide truth The hidden power of clear, consistent expectation setting (and why most people skip it) What happens when you change your themes and frameworks too often, even with good intentions Why being sold on what you’re offering matters more than how you sell it The uncomfortable tradeoffs between personalization, pricing, and your own capacity What tru

The Scaling Strategy You’re Probably Avoiding (Session 12 with Jackie)
18/06/2025 Duration: 48minThere’s a version of scaling that doesn’t require self-sacrifice. In this episode, Jackie shares how stepping out of the wrong roles, especially operational ones, is what allowed her to fully claim what she wants most in this season: to prioritize motherhood without stalling business growth. We talk about the emotional maturity it takes to walk away from something you once wanted, the importance of mental bandwidth in a changing economy, and why “back-end work” can become a comfort zone if you’re not careful. If you’ve ever wondered whether it’s really possible to grow a business while choosing yourself… this conversation is proof that it is. In this episode, you’ll hear: The mindset shift required to walk away from something you once wanted What Jackie’s other business opportunity reveals about hidden tradeoffs in every business model The one move that unlocks true scalability The biggest needle-mover that matters most at this level (that most people won’t do) The way to use AI that no one is talking abou

The Leadership No One Talks About Behind Group Programs (Session 11 with Jackie)
11/06/2025 Duration: 58minThere’s a lot of talk in this industry about scaling with ease, but what often gets left out is the real leadership behind it that is required to run a powerful group or course. The emotional labor. The nuance. The constant clarity and communication it requires when you actually care about your clients' experience. In this episode, Jackie and I unpack what that leadership really looks like. From how “free to free” strategies are working differently right now, to why value doesn’t always equal connection, to the boredom and second-guessing that can creep in when you care deeply. This one’s a reminder that building something great isn’t always about doing less… it’s about showing up more intentionally. In this episode, you’ll hear: Why “free to free” strategies are thriving right now (and what’s behind that shift) The surprising reason adding more value is killing your sales What to do when you feel bored or disconnected from your content (and what it really means) Why clarity, level-setting, and communicati

The Truth About Time, Money, and What it Really Takes to Grow (Session 10 with Jackie)
04/06/2025 Duration: 55minThis episode is all about the decisions we don’t always talk about... the tradeoffs, the timing, and the roles we play that either move us forward or hold us back. Jackie and I dive into the kind of support that actually helps you scale, how aligned timing leads to smarter growth, and why stepping into the role you’re meant to lead from changes everything. If you’ve ever struggled with risk tolerance, team structure, or feeling like you’re in the weeds of your own vision... this is your episode. In this episode, you’ll hear: Why saying yes to one thing always means saying no to another The key difference between team to get things done vs. team that helps you scale The mindset shift that makes you want to invest more in your business How to choose whether to invest time or money (and when it really matters) Why aligned timing is a growth strategy, not a delay tactic The power of staying in your CEO role (and the trap of becoming your own operations manager) Episode Links Join my Facebook group Connect

The Lies the Coaching Industry Tells About Scaling (and What Actually Works) (Close-Up with Lacey)
28/05/2025 Duration: 29minThe coaching industry loves a simplified narrative about scaling: "Hire more support." "Build a funnel." "Go passive." “Detach.” But if you’ve ever tried to grow in a way that actually felt aligned, sustainable, and human you’ve probably realized those strategies don’t tell the whole story. In this solo episode, I’m sharing the truth about what really works when it comes to scaling a service-based business… and the lies that keep so many entrepreneurs spinning their wheels. This isn’t just a takedown of bad advice. It’s a reminder that scaling isn’t about doing less or being more perfect. It’s about building your capacity, making intentional choices, and staying connected to what actually matters. In this episode, you’ll hear: The 3 biggest lies the industry tells about scaling, and why they’re so tempting Why passive income isn’t as passive as it sounds Where hiring helps you (and hinders you) What most people misunderstand about capacity, nervous system regulation, and momentum Why you’re not broken if s

The Strategy You Forgot You Were Using (Session 9 with Jackie)
21/05/2025 Duration: 50minThis episode is a deep dive into the pressure so many entrepreneurs feel to “do it all” and the quiet tradeoffs that come with that mindset. Jackie and I unpack what it really means to build sustainably, why momentum can’t carry you forever, and how self-sacrifice often masquerades as strategy. We also explore why ease doesn’t mean you’re not being strategic, and how to make space for slower, more intentional growth that actually matches your goals. If you’ve ever struggled with wanting to scale everything at once, or found yourself minimizing the strategy behind what came easily to you... this one will hit. In this episode, you’ll hear: Why “doing it all” often creates hidden tradeoffs The cost of self-sacrifice in business (and why it’s not as altruistic as we think) The difference between strategic momentum and reactive hustle How Jackie’s natural strengths were actually strategic, even when they felt easy What to do when your runway runs out and growth plateaus Why slowing down doesn’t mean stalling o

It’s Not Sabotage, It’s Protection (Session 8 with Jackie)
14/05/2025 Duration: 57minThis episode is a powerful one because it hits on something so many high-achieving women feel, but don’t always name. Jackie opens up about what’s really underneath her resistance to growth. We talk about what it means to grow without staying in fight-or-flight, how over-responsibility shows up in business and life, and why the “aha” moment doesn’t mean anything without action to back it up. If you’ve ever felt like you know what to do but still have major resistance to actually doing it, this conversation is for you. In this episode, you’ll hear: • The difference between self-sabotage and self-protection • How over-responsibility shows up in Jackie’s marriage, motherhood, and business • What it looks like to grow from regulation, not reactivity • The one thing every powerful woman needs • Why the most strategic thing isn’t always “talking strategy” • The truth about what really moves the needle in scaling Episode Links Join my Facebook group Connect with Jackie on Instagram Learn more about Jackie on he

The Power of Steady (Session 7 with Jackie)
07/05/2025 Duration: 32minWe didn’t record a full session this week, but the 20 minutes we did capture? It is so incredibly important. Jackie’s wrapping her launch, enrolling multiple clients, and back in flow after a long, hard season. But what she shares here isn’t just about the win. It’s about what it took to get there. If you’ve ever wondered what it really looks like to stop spiraling, make strategic moves from self-trust, and create results without the panic... this is the episode. Short. Potent. And the exact medicine so many business owners need right now. In this episode, you’ll hear: The shift that happened before the results came What’s making Jackie's launch feel easier and more connected than ever How anchoring into what’s actually true changes everything during a launch Why slowing down to speed up isn’t just a cute saying, but a meaningful strategy that most people resist The often-overlooked business lesson that is actually our superpower Episode Links Join my Facebook group Connect with Jackie on Instagram Learn m

When Scaling Feels Like Too Much and Not Enough (Close-Up with Lacey)
30/04/2025 Duration: 25minWhat if the thing holding you back wasn’t strategy, mindset, or execution, but the silent tug-of-war between being “too much” and “not enough”? This solo episode is personal, real, and it’s something I know so many of you are feeling right now. The tension of wanting more- more growth, more income, more impact- while quietly fearing what comes with it. Inside, I’m sharing the patterns I’ve seen in myself, my clients, and the industry when it comes to navigating visibility, success, money, and momentum... especially when it all feels like too much to hold but not enough to satisfy. In this episode, you’ll hear: What most people get wrong about reinvention (and why you’re probably closer than you think) The internal conflict that shows up in almost every scaling phase Why “just show up more” is not the answer, and what to do instead A key question to help you break free from the too much/not enough trap once and for all Episode Links Join my Facebook group Connect with Jackie on Instagram Learn more about J
