I have a MasterMind that runs 8 wks where I do a live meeting for members each week on the steps I took to find my own internal freedom and how it can help them find their own. Through activities, education, science and community will be the tools I use to teach this. If members are looking for a more one on one experience I offer that as well. Not only will I share my own vulnerability, I encourage others to see their own stories with other like minded individuals so we can forgive rather than forget.
