This week, Scott and Steve have gathered to celebrate the birthday of one of their own. Dale turns 31 today (damn him)! Whilst cutting the cake and marveling at all the balloons and streamers in the studio, the hosts take a moment to turn to their Gay-On-The-Ground Justin Luke and his short chat with the founding partner of New York City's OUT XL complex, IAN REISNER.
