I had a discussion with Caleb Altamire, founder and CEO of HelpingCaptives.org. We talked yesterday with Nate Lewis about how he's approaching fighting sex trafficking with his group, INNOCENCE Rescue Mission. Caleb Altememeyer, Founder & CEO of Helping Captives is at the other end of this. His heart is to help people who are captive now to sex trafficking. He learned about the realities of sex trafficking when he learned that it had happened to a neighbor. This freaked me out because this is the second time in chatting with these guys that we actually shared something deeply in common. The same thing happened to me. The way they approach this is, in fact, to make sure that women have a place to go and they're working on and have secured a building that used to be a strip club to use for their mission to help victims of sex trafficking.
