Like clockwork, the Braves' bats are heating up in June

To say that the Atlanta Braves' bats have been scuffling this season may be putting it too lightly. Through the first month of the season, the Braves' starting pitching carried them to a first place lead in the NL East, but after a horrible May, the Braves succumbed the lead to the Philadelphia Phillies. On top of the Braves' bats being cold, losing Spencer Strider and Ronald Acuña Jr for the season has not helped one bit. Now the Braves have lost Michael Harris II for what it looks like to be about a month with a grade two hamstring strain. The Braves lost Harris on  Friday night, as he was advancing to third base on a base hit, and was placed on the IL the following day. Filling in for Harris for the rest of the weekend, though, was Jared Kelenic, and he did not disappoint. Kelenic homered in the 5th inning on Saturday, then led Sunday's game off with a home run. Also over the weekend, Austin Riley made some great strides by homering in three straight games. With Matt Olson continuing to find gaps and hit h
