That's the biggest takeaway is that Cindy did, she implemented her idea and had enough knowledge to realize that you couldn't do everything yourself, so obviously to obtain the grants, the researchers, you let them do what they were good at which is obviously is obtaining the research; and not having a biased aspect of it as well so your company doesn't have a big role in it.
