Good morning. Good afternoon, wherever you are, we're talking at this in this podcast series today about the concept of the third universal law of nature and applying it in everyday life. The idea is that nothing's ever missing just changes in form. And you can use that law in an incredibly simple way to influence others. We've talked about the power of silence, we've talked about the power of listening. We've talked about the power of using less words to talk about the confidence of the smile. We talk about actually delivering less information. But giving information to people in the form of triggers, so that they can fill in the gaps. And those triggers, of course, are positive triggers.
