The best part is that it is for maximum fat loss too so it is a double bonus of tasty food and weight loss. That is a win win for all! 1. Moong Dal Cheela Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 5 minutes  Ingredients Moong Dal 1 cup Salt to taste Ginger paste -1 tablespoon Green chili/ red chili 1 each or according to taste. Wash & Soak mung dal for 45 minutes in water. Drain the water, add ginger paste, chilies and salt to taste & grind it in a blender to make a smooth paste. Leave the batter to settle for 10 minutes & spread it like pancakes. Different choices of vegetable topping can be added to the pancake. 2. Uthappam/Vegetable Dosa Ingredients Rice 100gms Urad dal 25gms Salt to taste. Wash & soak for 3hours. Grind into a smooth batter. Allow the batter to ferment overnight. Spread the batter like pancake & add chopped veget
