This episode is a return after a few weeks' absences to discuss the idea of starting from a place of kindness, consideration, and compassion when interacting with others.  Instead of standing in judgment, or reacting with anger or hate, begin by trying to understand. Being curious, asking questions, and becoming informed is the most important part of creating an opinion or a reaction. • Performance Conversations - Dom+Scott - Supporting Longevity

    29/05/2021 Duration: 01h07min

In this Episode, Dom Gauthier and I go deep on things that support an athlete's longevity in a sport. It's not always about bigger, faster, stronger, but also how long you can stay in the game.  If you're not playing, you're not contributing, and you're not creating success. You can be the fittest, fastest, or strongest in the game, but if you're in the clinic instead of on the field of play, it's all for not.  Enjoy this episode and if you do, please leave a rating and a comment! If you liked this EP, please take the time to rate and comment, share with a friend, and connect with us on social channels IG @Kingopain, TW @BuiltbyScott, LI+FB Scott Livingston.
