Most importantly, it allowed the command to put together the highest performing team possible. Additionally, he spearheaded the creation of a directorate that fused physical, mental, and emotional disciplines. He led his small team to create the first-ever “Mind Gym” that helped special operators train their brains to perform faster, longer, and better in all environments — especially high-stress ones. 11/04/2021 Duration: 12min

In this episode of Sunday Re-Marks, I talk about the Five Agreements written about in the wonderful books by Don Miguel Ruiz "The Four Agreements" and "The Fifth Agreement".  The combination of thoughts digested in these two great reads is so important for everyone to read, especially with the way the world is rolling today.  Media, Social Media, Politics, and big business are all modifying our sense of goodness and moral thoughts and behaviors.  Both reads should be in everyone's library and read often. 30/03/2021 Duration: 54min

In this episode, I was invited to steward a performance conversation with an experienced group of human performance practitioners around the subject of movement screening, assessment, and intervention.  Having coach Dan Pfaff introduce the session with a 30-minute walkthrough of their Living Screen process (you can find that gem on the ALTIS website (https://altis.world/) was a great introduction.  Taking the insights from the likes of physical therapist Kelly Starrett, chiropractor Jeff Cubos, and athletic therapist Jaime Livingston who all hold professional capacity in performance training as well, was a powerful look at how these different practitioners see and change movement, or when they choose not to intervene. If you liked this EP, please take the time to rate and comment, share with a friend, and connect with us on social channels IG @Kingopain, TW @BuiltbyScott, LI+FB Scott Livingston. • Sunday Re-Marks - Our Fellow Human Being

    21/03/2021 Duration: 14min
