In the final hour of today's show, the guys chat with Grant McAuley on the trade deadline in Around the Yard. We hit the Falcons report.

Carl and Mike close out the show with final thoughts on Falcons practice from today and explain why they have been high on what they have seen from James Pearce Jr. as and the absence of Jalon Walker, who is out with a minor hamstring injury, has allowed the guys to get lots of looks of Pearce Jr.

Carl and Mike are joined by Grant McAuley as they discuss the latest on the Braves and why they are likely making a move by the trade deadline and why he does not believe their run with the core players is over despite a down season.

Carl and Mike revisit their conversation with Kyle Pitts and share more thoughts on why they believe the tight end appears to be more loose and confident coming into this season and react to the tight end stating having teammates be confident in him is a good thing and he does not listen to any of the negativity as he believes it is rat poison.

Carl and Mike come back with more Falcons talk and share more of their observations from today's practice including some of the passes from Michael Penix Jr. to various wide receivers, how well James Pearce Jr. looked as he continues to impress with his reps and Xavier Watts impressing his teammates despite limited availability.

Carl and Mike come back with some brief Braves talk and share thoughts on why they believe the team is likely not going to move on from Marcell Ozuna right now as he is listed in today's lineup and they agree in believing that if the Braves were going to move Ozuna by the trade deadline today, he would not be in tonight's lineup. They then get into some Georgia Bulldogs' talk as practice began today and share some thoughts on how well Gunner Stockton has to play through the first three games if he indeed is named the starting quarterback.

Carl and Mike react to Andy and Randy's interview with Drake London and agree the way the wide receiver is all business despite questions surrounding contract talks and when and if they will happen before the season starts.

Carl and Mike come back with thoughts on their conversation with Kyle Pitts and agree 'the energy is different' surrounding Kyle Pitts so far as the Falcons training camp has gotten underway and believe the confidence in him from his teammates has him moving with a "looseness".

Carl and Mike open up the show with Falcons talk as they tease some of their conversation with Kyle Pitts as they note he addressed how he has handled the "outside noise" as he prepares for the season. They also share thoughts on hearing from Raheem Morris as he gave an update on Jalon Walker and revealed he has a minor hamstring injury and they are being cautious with him, however the rookie edge rusher has been pushing to get out to practice. As they share their thoughts on the Walker news, they note James Pearce Jr. continues to prove himself in practice and believe he will be a 'game wrecker'.
