Carl and Mike are joined by Grant McAuley as they react to the Braves win over the Brewers and getting a complete game out of Spencer Schwellenbach.

Carl and Mike come back with more talk on the Falcons, sharing more thoughts on what they had a chance to witness at minicamp on Wednesday and agree there is a vibe everybody is moving in the same direction in regards to the team's desire to reach the playoffs. They also react to some comments from Raheem Morris as he spoke about the team working to be better to get to the quarterback with their pass rush, which the guys believe with the depth the Falcons now have at pass rush, the Falcons should do well this season in that area.

Carl and Mike catch up with the Falcons CB AJ Terrell as they discuss how minicamp has been and the team's expectations for the season.

Carl and Mike get into some college sports headlines as they share thoughts on reports of a new lawsuit against the House v NCAA settlement claiming the Title IX settlement was ignored.

Carl and Mike get back into more Falcons conversation as they agree after watching minicamp today, it is hard for them to not be excited about the season. As they discuss, they share thoughts on seeing players like Michael Penix Jr. and Bijan Robinson and state they feel good about Penix Jr. being the starting QB for the Falcons.

Carl and Mike come back and share more thoughts on what they saw during Falcons minicamp including Kirk Cousins throwing with the QBs and agree there will be no distraction from the veteran's presence on the team and believe in his comments from Tuesday in which he stated he is all in on accepting whatever role he will have with the Falcons.

Carl and Mike get back into some more Falcons talk as they share some thoughts on what they got to witness during minicamp on Wednesday including how good some of the players looked throughout workouts and reps during 11 on 11.

Carl and Mike get into some of the top headlines including the Braves losing 4-1 to the Brewers and they agree seeing the offensive struggles was "more of the same" as the middle of the order, Ozuna, Harris and Albies were a combined 0-12 at the plate.

Carl and Mike open up the show with their initial reactions to seeing the Falcons in action at mandatory minicamp and both agree it was good to see the team putting in work, however they believe the Falcons have to find a way to "get over the hump" and break their playoff drought. They also react to comments by Ruke Orhororo in which he addressed having to fill Grady Jarrett's shoes, to which he said he feels no pressure. They are then joined by Jessie Bates III as they discuss the team's outlook heading into the season.

As they discuss, both Carl and Mike agree while Cousins may not be satisfied with his role as the backup QB, he understands the importance of not being a distraction.

Carl and Mike get into some Braves talk as they agree it was somewhat surprising to see the team come up with clutch hits late from the middle of the lineup as that has been an area of struggle for them this season.
