In this episode our intrepid heroes discuss Quantum Break, the new Ratchet and Clank game (based on the movie, based on the game), as well as Gabriel's feelings about the Kingdom Hearts mobile games (spoiler: not a fan). We also talk about some Nintendo platform naming conventions you may have missed, this year's video game movie predictions, and a Deadwood drinking game no one could survive.  Will we see an upgraded Xbox at E3 this year? Should you play Telltale's The Wolf Among Us or Game of Thrones? And does virtual reality deliver on its promise to bring us a new way to play games, and truly immerse us all in virtual worlds? We don't know the answer to any of these questions, but we certainly have opinions!

A Thousand Words returns on time on our new schedule! Tuesday night! Yeah, that's the podcast prime time! So listen in as Jessica, Ron, and Stan discuss the weird painting The Stuff That Dreams Are Made Of by John Anster Fitzgerald. In it we also discuss procuring goblin models, Jessica's sleep habits, and developing new ways of collecting art.

AustinMates is a new podcast on the Crosstawk network. We are Gabriel Dover, Jessica Martin, and Jonathan Metts. Three friends who grew up together in a small town and now live only miles apart in Austin, TX. Since we were children we have bonded over video games, comic books and the like. We've always liked to share our opinions with each other, and now we want to share them with anyone who will sit still long enough to listen. So what are we going to talk about? Mostly video games most likely. That's kind of our jam. Also comic books, movies, maybe music. But mostly games. We hope to get an episode out every couple of weeks, or at least that's what we're thinking right now. So check it out, let us know what you think, and hopefully you'll enjoy listening to our show as much as we enjoy recording it.
