Whoever looks into the inside of somebody elses dwelling before receiving permission is then a faasiq (i.e., degenerate) (Bukhari). Never peep within another dwelling Offer Salaam first and Upon a reply, then one mentions one's name and then request permission to enter. Never say "It is me." Better to wait outside for the pious to emerge rather than to call upon them Permission not needed in public places. In an emergency, one may enter without permission.

Imam Zuhree (ra) stated, When the truth dawned upon Tulayha (ra), he left the battlefield on foot and went onto embrace Islaam and enter into the Ihraam for Umrah (Bayhaqi). Umar (ra) considered Tulayha (ra) equal to 1,000 men (Tabarani).

Al-Mugheera Ibn Shu’ba رضي الله عنه Session 43 The Siege of Nihaawand 21 AH The Battle of Nihaawand, fought over a period of 2 weeks. This splended opening was called The Openings Of All Openings or The Victory Of Victories - for after it the Persians had no more authority and the Muslims took control over their lands (Tabaree). After Nihaawand, with regards to Hadrat al-Mugheerah (ra) himself Haafiz Dhahabi (rah) had related, "He (ra) led the Conquests of Azerbaijan and Hamadhaan (Haafiz Dhahabi). Amr ibn MA'A'Dikarib (rah) is maryted at Nihaawand. Hadrat Maalik ibn Abdullah Khath'ami had related re Amr (raa)... I have not seen anyone step forward (ie to challenge an opponent) in The Battle of Yarmook who was better than a certain Muslim. When a powerfully built unbeliever came to meet his challenge, he effectively killed him (in no time). When another came forward, he killed him (in no time) as well (Hayatus Sahaba).

Al-Mugheera Ibn Shu’ba رضي الله عنه Session 42 And of the nomadic Arabs there is he who believes in Allah (SWT) and the Last Day... Surah Tawbah 9 : 99. Hadrat An-Nu'maan ibn Muqarrin (ra) himself had related, We were 400 people from the Muzaynah tribe whom came to The Messenger ﷺ and we learnt aspects of Islam. Nu'maan, Umar (ra) & The Dates.

Al-Mugheera Ibn Shu’ba رضي الله عنه Session 41 Hadrat Nu'maan (ra) had his earnest wish granted, for he was struck by an arrow in the waist when his horse had slipped on the blood-soaked earth. Hadrat Sawaad ibn Muqarrin (ra) dressed himself in his brother's clothes, held his sword and then mounted his horse. The people thus did not suspect that he was not Hadrat Nu 'maan (ra) - thus they fought valiantly till Allah (SWT) granted them victory over their enemies. The 2 forces thus clashed with such intensity which had not been witnessed before the fighting continued till dusk.

Al-Mugheera Ibn Shu’ba رضي الله عنه Session 40 An Intense Battle Ensues The Zenith Must Pass Hadrat Nu maan (ra) You are a man of many virtues O Mugeerah (ra). I have fought with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and whenever he did not launch an attack at the beginning of the day, he ﷺ would then postpone it for the time when the sun had passed the meridian, when the wind started to blow and Allah's (SWT) help would descend.

Al-Mugheera Ibn Shu’ba رضي الله عنه Session 39 Mugeerah (ra) sent as an Envoy We are some people from the Arabs We led a hard miserable, disastrous life. We used to suck the hides and the date-stones from hunger. We used to wear clothes made up of the fur of camels and the hairs of goats and used to worship trees and stones. Whilst we were in this state, the Lord of the heavens and of the earths be elevated in His Remembrance and be Majestic in His Highness sent to us from amongst ourselves a Prophet ﷺ whose father and mother were known to us.

Al-Mugheera Ibn Shu’ba رضي الله عنه Session 38 Nahawand - Battle Begins I (ra) shall (now) reinforce you with (another) 2000 men. They are Amr ibn Ma'a' dikarib (rah) and Tulayha (rah), as per Umar (ra). The Companions faced 'A mountain of Iron- Persians' (Tabaree).

Al-Mugheera Ibn Shu’ba رضي الله عنه Session 37 The Battle of Nahaawind 21 A.H. The Binder is sent to Isfahan - Nu'maan ibn Muqarrin (ra), the son of The Badri Hadrat Ubayd ibn Aus (ra) Al Ansari. Nu'maan (ra) rejects govnership & authority preferring martyrdom.

Al-Mugheera Ibn Shu’ba رضي الله عنه Session 36 We observe that the tactics employed by the Muslims were highly flexible, changing as the situation demanded. On the 1st day of battle they fought the elephants first by pelting them with arrows and then cutting off their saddles which made the animals flee. (Secondly) Whilst waiting for reinforcements from Ash-Shaam, the leaders of those reinforcements let their brigades arrive in batches to make the enemy believe the size of the new army to be much larger than it really was. Another (ie third) innovative technique employed was that the Muslims dressed their camels in cloaks and attached bells to them this made them appear as elephants to the enemy's horses which duly fled in fright. (Fourthly) On the 3rd day however they changed their tactics, by attacking the largest of their elephants. They attacked it in a platoon consisting of infantry and cavalry both. Finally they pierced its eyes and cut its trunk making it flee back along with the other elephan

Al-Mugheera Ibn Shu’ba رضي الله عنه Session 35 Rustum in a grim state declares... The enemy has now taken your land without doubt This is what the son of the hairdresser (ie referring to the Persian emperor for his mother was indeed a hairdresser) has done to the country. The enemy has now snatched away the keys of the kingdom!' (Tabaree).
