It is not so much just to be polite, but the kind of people we want them to grow up to be. But as we become adults many of us struggle with being thankful. Whether we have lost it or someone has taken it from us many of us struggle to find our thank you. ECHO OF GRACE: We all have heard that grace is amazing, but did you know that it also makes a sound? The word grace is mentioned over 170 times in the scriptures. It can refer to God doing good for us that we do not deserve to God's sufficiency in the life of a believer. In the story of the woman caught in adultery we see grace in action. A woman in the worst, most terrifying, and shameful moment of her life hears the sound of grace echo over her life and as a result is changed forever!

Are you thirsty? Are there any areas of your life where you feel unsatisfied or unfulfilled? What have you been doing to try and quench the thirst of your soul and life? In John chapter 4 we meet a woman simply known as the Woman at the Well. At this well she has an encounter with Jesus that changes her life forever! Jesus has a honest, uncomfortable, and revealing conversation with her, but the end result is she finds the only water that can quench her thirst!

Who should be baptized? When should a person be baptized? There tends to be a lot of confusion surrounding baptism. And while the topic often evokes strong emotions, it is not a subject people have much to draw from, other than their own experiences. For this reason we wanted to spend some time exploring what the Bible has to say about baptism and how this informs our understanding of this universal Christian practice.

SIMPLY CLEAN: What keeps us from being saved, forgiven, healed, changing, having peace, fulfilled, satisfied, moving forward? The issues keeping us from the thing we desperately want most in our lives might not be what we think. Pulling truth from an obscure story about a man named Naaman found in 2 Kings chapter 5 we might just see what we simply need to do to get what we desperately want.

Sadly, for many this need is not met, or only partially fulfilled by an earthly dad. Still others not only lack a father's blessing, they have suffered the pain and mistrust of a relationship gone wrong. As a result, some unknowingly transfer negative perceptions of fathers into their relationships with God. In this three-part series we will explain how God longs to be known as a Perfect Father. Through Jesus Christ this relationship—and the promise of a Perfect Father's blessing—is available to everyone. Through spiritual birth, we all can see, know, and enjoy God as a Perfect Father.
