Green Justice #810: Fadeout

But as they try to cope with their loss, a man once captured by Green Arrow tries to exact his revenge by kidnapping young William. The team scours the city looking for him and contemplating their futures. Once Mia saves the day, they say their final farewell to both Oliver and the vigilante life they have been leading for all these years. Their futures may be up in the air, but in the actual future true love gets its happy ending. She let's Dinah Drake in on the dark destiny and they decide to find Mia Queen, the city's sweet socialite, who has just become engaged to JJ Diggle. Everything is looking just dandy for the children of all our heroes. But when Laurel gives Mia her memories back, it plunges her into the vigilante life again. They go looking for Bianca, but the heir to the Arrow mantle becomes suspicious, even of her fiancé. Luckily, the skills of the three ladies is enough to make the rescue. But they also uncover a secret plot and a mysterious hooded figure gives JJ his dark memories back too. Looks like a Star City paradise may be short lived. The seven Paragons work to find a way to bring back everyone everywhere by traveling back and stopping it before it starts. They will need help from Oliver Queen, who is now in the form of the Spectre. After an epic battle and an epic sacrifice, everything seems to have reappeared. But there is one, very big difference: There is now a prime Earth where our heroes can easily join together to fight any menace that comes their way. That enemy turns out to be the late Edward Fyers and his army that Oliver supposedly killed so many years ago when he was stuck on the island. The team rushes to save their fallen friends, but Roy is pinned and they have to make a desperate sacrifice to save his life. Oliver believes it is his responsibility to take down Fyers and that's when he runs into another dead acquaintance, Yao Fe. First, they track down a Russian General, but when the Bratva kills him and takes what Oliver is looking for, he and Mia must go in the fight ring to prove their worth. Oleg, who now leads the Bratva, ties them up and puts Mia to the test. She almost succeeds too, but it looks like they'll have to fight their way out once again. Diggle is on his own mission. He recruits Roy for 'one last mission'. Roy becomes suspicious and realizes he's just trying to get him to come back for good. It seems like having a team might be just what he needs to contain his bloodlust. And Laurel decides to make a big revelation to the team about Lyla. And in the future, Mia leads the team right into the Deathstroke gang's hideout to confront JJ once and for all. But in the process, they lose one of their friends. Oliver is held under a concrete slab, but luckily with with wits and a little help from his old friend Tommy Merlyn, he is able to get free and find a way out of the room he's trapped in. The rest of the team finds each other and recuperates while they look for Oliver. Felicity and Alena try to help from afar, but it seems that Emiko has wasted no time getting video evidence to the police, implicating everyone in the murder of two security guards. The two women make a break for it and connect with most of their friends. With further dangers in the wreckage, they must make haste to find Oliver and figure out what to do next.
