Elissa C. Goldberg concentrates her legal practice in the area of family law and mediation in Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties. A 1991 graduate of Franklin and Marshall College where she graduated cum laude and also a 1994 graduate of James E. Beasley School of Law of Temple University in Philadelphia where she graduated with honors. She began her legal practice in Doylestown, Pennsylvania in 1995 after traveling extensively throughout Eastern Europe as an international adoption attorney. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (Family Law section) and Bucks County Bar Association where she does pro bono work for the indigent. She is appointed regularly by various judges as counsel for Orphan's Court matters. She has lectured throughout Bucks and Montgomery counties on related family law issues.

Kim Litzke has been practicing family law in Pennsylvania since 1994. Well versed in family law issues including divorce, custody, support, alimony and equitable distribution, she is "settlement oriented", endeavoring to minimize the trauma of the divorce to the family (particularly children). However, there are cases that cannot be resolved by agreement and in those instances Kim’s aggressive litigation skills serve her clients well.Kim recently became interested in a developing area of law in Pennsylvania - Parent Coordination. Parenting Coordination is a process by which an attorney or psychologist is appointed by the court to assist parents in resolving disputed child rearing issues.
