Ms. Timby has gained valuable experience serving as a mediator for district justice courts within Bucks County. In addition to her Family Law practice Ms. Timby practices in the areas of Real Estate navigating Buyers and Sellers through the purchasing/selling process. Prior to receiving her law degree, Ms. Timby received her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Loyola College in Baltimore. Through her graduate studies she gained training and experience in all types of conflict resolution. She has over ten years of legal experience and has been a lifelong resident of Bucks County.
