LIVE CHECK IN #23
06/07/2021 Duration: 38minThis weeks questions from the group; What do you do with clients (I have 2 in particular) that every single day I have to chase up to send me their food diaries as part of daily accountability. It's been made clear at the start about their role, had a couple of reminders about it and yet it STILL doesn't change. It frustrates the shit out of me. There is a daily reminder for all clients that goes in my members group hub to send through their agreed daily accountability which is supposed to be done by the end of each day, as I allocate my schedule to go through them all first thing in the mornings. Should I continue to chase them or do I leave it and put the responsibility back on them? I just worry if I leave it, things spiral and part of my service is the daily accountability which the rest of my clients love. Looking to do seminars in the gym but how do I make "calorie counting" and "weight loss tips" sound exciting to get them to actually come? I don't want it to sound t

LIVE CHECK IN Q&A #21
16/06/2021 Duration: 45minQuestions covered this week; I have an obese client I am working with. From the start have made sure the client has complete autonomy and built the plan around what they have felt they could do, given them the daily accountability that they requested. Goes well for two weeks then ghosts me for a week, then gets back in touch etc and we get on a call. From the start she said she has given herself two years to lose what she needs to which is great that she is realistic, however even though we've talked about doing it in smaller chunks, just to focus on the actions for each day she continues to get demoralised by how much she has to lose, which causes the ghosting/self sabotage. But she doesn't want to give up which is great. The hardest part is she is just so tired all the time, only sleeps 4.5 hours at night, gets home from work at 3 then naps for two hours because she is so tired. Currently we are trying to start getting her to go to bed a bit earlier and reduce the n

I know the basics but not enough to give advice. What tips do you have for using MI in a consult and keeping it centred around drawing out the prospects struggles so you can better position your service. I sometimes end up drawing out the prospects solutions, which has them feeling good and wanting to try go it alone for a bit longer Should you ha

Would be done through an email series over a certain time period, eg 5, 7 Days where they get an email each day with a video and then perhaps a task to do. A way to not only let them have an experience with the hope they would sign up but also to capture email addresses. Thanks! How to manage clients that don't want to track cals? At the moment I give them options such as cal counting, food diary and taking pictures of foods and ask them which would suit them best. How do I get the message to land that nutrition needs to be managed to achieve their goal? How would you recommend structuring when you put time in for consults? I currently have slots available during the times that I want to fill (though this may now be irrelevant as I'm more focused on building the online coaching side of things right now over face to face). I have it set so peopl

I'll still go ahead and do it, but I guess you take that as feedback from my target market that is not really of value or a trigger for them? Interested in your opinion/thoughts on this. Thank you. What's your thoughts on doing a 121 gym low barrier offer? My challenge is currently halfway through and some people are no longer engaging. LIVE CHECK IN Q&A #12
06/04/2021 Duration: 58minAnother episode from the group coaching participants, we cover the below questions this week; Are ebooks a good idea or are they done? Don't want to waste my time putting something together. If someone fills the pre-consult form, doesn’t book a call straight from it and you’ve already made contact with them by email after. How long would you leave it until you made contact again and what would you say? How the hell do you make a reel on Instagram? Have you seen more engagement from them? How to address 'secret eating'. Feel like one of my clients may just be telling what I want to hear with their calorie consumption rather than what's actually going on. LIVE Q&A Check in #11
30/03/2021 Duration: 01h06minThis weeks questions covered; I have my new 4 week programme starting off the back of my free challenge after Easter. This one is Nutrition, the next will be Movement and the 3rd will be Lifestyle. All are 4 weeks long and during each one I will be doing free challenges to feed into the next one and also allows clients in each group to move onto the next programme. I also want to offer all 3 for purchase as a complete package. My question is, as I am rolling out Nutrition now and Movement and Lifestyle are yet to be rolled out, should I wait to have the complete package as an option until after they have all been rolled out as 4 week programmes? I have everything for each programme ready to go so it could be available now just not sure which way to go with it. Hope that makes sense! I have noticed engagement going down in my group lately. I think part of this is due to people returning to work, but also due to my clients getting bored of the group. Any tip
