The Bible is an amazing and inspired collection of books and letters given to us from God to help us live righteously and to equip us to help advance the Kingdom of God with a desire to bring Heaven to Earth.

Our fruitfulness in life flows directly from our encounter with God and our daily walk with Him, as we allow His presence to fill us, transform us and expand us.

Taking us through stories from the Old Testament, Stuart Allan​ empowers us to approach the Throne of Heaven with our petitions.

"Do Not Judge Others." (The Bible Doesn't Say That!) - Actually, it does! However, in the Bible Jesus didn't just say, “Do not judge others" followed by a full stop or an exclamation point. He said, “Do not judge others,” followed by a clarification of what type of judgments to make, when to make them, and how to make them.

The pages of the Old Testament contain some of the most amazing stories you’ll ever read. Many of these stories revolve around a young shepherd boy who grew up to become King David. David was the greatest king Israel would ever know, but he didn’t become great all on his own. He depended on God, but we're also told he relied on at least thirty special soldiers for much of his military might. And within that 30 were three men, the Bible tells us, that performed some awesome feats!

If we seek after the Kingdom of God - that is: His rule and reign - we will find direction for our lives, but we do this by humbly submitting to God's will and placing this first and before anything else.

You might be disappointed that you aren't doing now what you had imagined you would be doing when you were a child. Or you might be doing something even better! Either way, life has a funny way of working work, there are twists and turns that we could never predict. Kathi reminds us that the one thing we are definitely destined for - greatness!

From God's point of view, our purpose in life is very simple. Just like a grape vine, the main purpose of our lives is to produce fruit. What is even more important for us to understand is that the owner of the vineyard is in charge, in control, and focused on receiving as much fruit as possible from His vineyard.

Ian Rossol shares more on key verses in John 15, opening up the words 'abide' and 'compassion'. He also explains about the pickling of small cucumbers ... what's this got to do with the Holy Spirit?

"I am the operating system, you are the smartphone, he who installs Me means I am now part of all your online accounts and can develop many apps; ​apart from Me you are liable to crash."

These are loads of the things we can do to help us live fruitful lives and become amazing examples of Jesus followers. Mark Kelly begins our 2017 journey (with the first of many sermons) in which we will discover how we can make this year - a year of extreme fruitfulness!

Christians are called to be people who easily forgive - it's with an attitude of forgiveness, of both a willingness to give and to receive, we keep away from attitudes of judgment​ with condemnation.

Rather than shouting into the storm and not be heard, are we instead turning to the Prince of Peace and asking Him to remind us who we are and who His has made us to be?

They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death. (Revelation 12:11)
