Tom owns and operates Ocean County BJJ in New Jersey and has had influence on next gen grapplers like Gary Tonon and Gordon Ryan. He also volunteers massive amounts of time to help police officers learn and improve their grappling skills even in more restrictive environments like NYPD. Tom is the author of the book "How You Bear It" in which he shares his deeply personal story of abuse and struggles that this led him to face and overcome into adulthood.
