Carl and Mike get back to Falcons talk and share thoughts on Younghoe Koo not addressing the media and why they believe that is a bad look and puts more in his teammates to have to try and answer for him. They then react to comments by Koo after he addressed the media on Monday and spoke about the missed field goal which could have led to tying the game and sending it to overtime.

Carl and Mike get right back to Falcons talk and continue with their thoughts on Younghoe Koo missing the potential game tying field goal and why they believe they need to improve getting home to the quarterback and that based on statistics, the Falcons should have won the game.

Carl and Mike get back to Falcons talk and react to reports of Raheem Morris addressing the media and stating that the team is looking for veteran kicking options outside the building and they plan to work out kickers this week to which the guys agree this is the type of move that good franchises do. They do not wait to make necessary changes in order to be better.

Carl and Mike get back to some more Falcons talk and react to some comments from listeners in regards to the Falcons loss to the Bucs in their season opener and while they agree there should be frustration they also believe there were some positive moments the Falcons can build off of moving forward. They then get into some NFL headlines and react to several games including the Bills coming back to defeat the Ravens 41-40 after being down 15 points.

Carl and Mike come back with more Falcons talk as they share thoughts on why the team did things well in key areas such as time of possession, leading in first downs and total yardage, yet still found a way to lose as Younghoe Koo was not able to connect on a potential game tying field goal. They also share some thoughts on the play call selection and believe Zac Robinson was too predictable in his usage of Bijan Robinson and there needs to be growth on the offense in order for this team to be set up for success.

Carl and Mike come back with more Falcons talk as they continue to react to the season opening loss and while they believe there was more than once reason which led to the Falcons' loss, ultimately they believe Koo has to shoulder a lot a responsibility following his miss in which the game could have been sent to overtime had he connected. As their discussion continued  they then take calls from more listeners to allow them to share their thoughts on the game.

Carl and Mike open up the show with their thoughts on the Falcons season opening loss to the Bucs to which they do not hold back on how they feel about Younghoe Koo missing the potential game tying field goal and believe the Falcons had "all off-season" to address their kicking game and believe the team "took an ugly loss" and did not have to when the reality of Koo's inconsistency going back to last season. They then take calls from listeners to allow them to chime in.

In the 1st hour of today's show, the guys recap the opening game of the 2025 NFL season - Dallas and Philly, and discuss the ejection of Jalen Carter. Falcons have to prove 'they can stop the run' in opener against Bucs.

In he 2nd hour of the show, the guys break down how UGA needs to improve in short yardage situations. Also, Mike Bell was spotted in Dragon Con parade despite claims of being at FSU.

In the 3rd hour of today's show, we hit the Dawg Report. Also, Steve Koonin joins and offers his thoughts on the Kawhi Leonard situation in LA.

In the final hour of today's show, the guys hit the Falcons Report. We look ahead to Saturday's slate of college football games. The guys give their Falcons over/unders for year.

Carl and Mike get back to some Falcons talk as continue to preview the season opener against the Bucs and share thoughts on the latest injury reports in which the Falcons list Darnell Mooney as questionable to which they both agree it is better for the Falcons to not risk losing Mooney for the year if he is not completely healthy.

Carl and Mike are joined by Steve Koonin as they discuss the Steve Ballmer/Clippers/kawhi leonard situation to which Steve believes it is good the NBA is investigating and the type of penalties that can be dealt out should there be any truth to the claims mentioned in Pablo Torre's report.

Carl and Mike get back into some NFL talk and more conversation on the Jalen Carter spitting on Dak Prescott incident before the season opener got underway and agree that those who believe Dak Prescott deserve what happened are wrong for their opinion as Prescott did not spit on Carter. They then get into some Georgia Bulldogs' talk and revisit their conversation with Mike Griffith as he shared why he believes Georgia needs to be better in short yards offense. As they discuss, they agree that on Saturday, Georgia will unlikely display much dominance in that aspect, however when they open their SEC play against Tennessee, they must be better.

Carl and Mike get back to some Falcons talk and share thoughts on whether or not there should be any surprise in regards to Drake London not getting a new contract prior to the season getting started. As they discuss, Carl believes the focus of the Falcons and London were more likely focused on figuring out what the offense is going to look like as they enter the season with Michael Penix Jr. taking over at quarterback. They then get into a conversation on why they believe it is important for the Falcons defense to set the tone early, referring to last season in which the Bucs scored on their first four drives the first time the two teams met.

Carl and Mike come back with some brief college football talk as they revisit their conversation with Mike Griffith as they previewed Georgia's matchup with Austin Peay to which he told them the concern for the Dawgs is being better with short yardage offense and have to find a way to be a little more explosive. They then get into some NFL talk and share thoughts on which teams they believe have some of the best chances to reach the Super Bowl.

Carl and Mike come back and revisit some of their conversation with Rick Stroud as he spoke with them about what the Bucs are going to be asking of Baker Mayfield to which Stroud shares Todd Bowles and the coaching staff want him to be himself and have some of who he was at Oklahoma in him. As they discuss they note Stroud's comments in regards to the Bucs coming to Atlanta with a "bad taste in their mouth" after losing both games to the Falcons last season.

Carl and Mike come back with more thoughts on the Cowboys and Eagles game and share thoughts on CeeDee Lamb's two dropped passes on their final drive of the game, including the final pass which could have kept their drive going had he made the catch. They then get into some Falcons talk and share thoughts on their confidence on how well they will perform on Sunday and agree they believe the Falcons have to prove they can stop the run.
