Carl and Mike close out the show with thoughts on Scottie Scheffler's win at the Open Championship as they both agree he is proving to be the best golfer in the world right now.

Carl and Mike are joined by Grant McAuley as they discuss the Braves and some of the trade speculations surrounding multiple players on the team.

Carl and Mike get into some Falcons talk as they agree fans should be excited about the season the team will have this year because they both agree the Falcons have "the dudes to do this" and break their playoff drought. As they discuss, they also agree that while the talent on the team is good enough for the Falcons to reach the postseason for the first time since 2017, they believe there will be pressure on Raheem Morris to 'coach the team up' and get the Falcons over the hump.

Carl and Mike come back with some Braves talk as they react to Marcell Ozuna not being in the Braves lineup for today's matchup, marking the third time in the last four games, the Atlanta designated hitter has been benched. As they discuss, they share thoughts on whether or not the Braves may be looking to move on from Ozuna and possibly any other players by the trade deadline, to which Carl is not going to be the case.

Carl and Mike are joined by Connor Riley as they discuss the latest headlines on the Georgia Bulldogs including Texas beating them on another top recruit and whether Georgia should be considered the second best team in the SEC.

Carl and Mike are joined by Audacy NFL Insider, Mark Schlereth as they preview the NFL season with teams starting to report to training camp this week, including the Falcons on Thursday.

Carl and Mike come back with more football talk and discuss why they believe the Falcons may be getting set to begin "their most important season in a decade' as they look to break a playoff drought of seven years. As they share their thoughts, they also agree the Falcons had a great offseason in regards to adding to their defense and while Michael Panix Jr. only had three starts last season, the offensive pieces around him in conjunction with a hopefully much improved defense, give reason to be excited about the season. They then get into the latest NFL headlines, including Bengals owner Mike Brown saying they have no intention of trading Trey Hendrickson and working to get a deal done with their best defensive player.

Carl and Mike come back with more Falcons talk as they preview the start of training camp and share thoughts on their confidence level for each Falcons position groups, with Carl noting he has a low confidence level for the special due to the fact of Younghoe Koo's struggles last season. As they continue with their discussion, they both agree in their confidence level for the defensive line being at medium and that is the one area of the defense which may have to prove they have improved.

Carl and Mike come back and share some thoughts on video of Kyle Pitts making catches from Michael Penix Jr. generating some buzz about him working out with his teammates, however Carl notes the video was hard to be excited about due to the fact there were no clips of him running routes or making great catches against a defender. And while they agree it was good seeing Pitts apparently working out with Penix Jr. and Drake London, the lack of previously mentioned footage makes it hard for the two of them to look forward to seeing Pitts in action this season.

Carl and Mike open up the show with some early thoughts on the fact NFL training camps begin this week with the Falcons starting on Thursday. As they discuss, they share why they are both excited about the Falcons having a positive season, however agree their are going to be real expectations for Raheem Morris in his second season as head coach to lead this team further than years past.
