The first tale is about Bobbajo, the creature we first saw behind J.J. Abrams as he talked about the Force For Change. It turns out Bobbajo is quite the storyteller himself but can we believe the tales that he tells us?

The next wave of the Journey to The Force Awakens begins this time with short stories. The first of these stories follows Bazine Netal, a hired mercenary who goes on a mission to find a mysterious package. Bazine has been glimpsed in some of the promotional materials for the new movie but how big is her role? Does this short story give any hints to the plot of The Force Awakens. Join Ron as he gets granular with this little tale!

Ron catches up on all the latest Marvel Star Wars comics and changes his thoughts on most of them. With everything that's being published now, it's hard to stay up-to-date on all the new canon out there. But is all of this worthy of being on the same level of canon as the movies? Ron thinks not. Should the fans come up with another scale for what is really important canon and what can be forgotten about? Listen in as Ron gets granular with comic books!

From the Japanese trailer to the TV spots for The Force Awakens, Jp and Ron discuss the continued excitement for the new movie. Is there and other Star Wars news? Ron doesn't seem to think so since he can't concentrate on anything other than the new movie. But how much more are we going to get before it comes out?

We've seen Ahsoka come back. We've seen Rex come back. Now we got another familiar character coming back. Fans of The Clone Wars will be pleasantly surprised. And we also are getting two new Inquisitors! So far the second season of Star Wars: Rebels is full of surprises. We get granular with the last few episodes of the series. And we have a surprise too...Jp is back!

On this episode, Delusions of Granular takes a look at the real religions based around the Jedi. Formed in the 1990s, these religions, although not official, have many followers across the globe, sometimes more than officially established religions. Is this just a joke are do these people take the Jedi religion seriously even if there is no actual Force. With the new movie almost upon us will these religions grow in number?

The guardians of peace and justice in the galaxy but were the Jedi as good as we thought they were? We take a look at the top Jedi from the Star Wars films and point out some of the not so nice things that they did. It's all in good fun as we go through some of their major flaws, even Luke Skywalker doesn't walk away unscathed! On this episode Ron takes a look at the Marvel miniseries, Shattered Empire! Being a part of the Journey to The Force Awakens, we had high hopes for this comic series. Taking place immediately after the Battle of Endor, unlike some of the other books in the Journey, this series actually has the main characters from the movie in it! But how is the story? Does this series live up to the stories we already received from the Extended Universe? Or does it shatter to pieces? Find out with this granular look!

We're crashing from the sugar high we got from all our Halloween treats but not enough to prevent us from talking about the other Star Wars horror novel, Death Troopers. This is another story about zombies in the Star Wars universe but it was actually published before Red Harvest. So how does this novel compare to the other? Does it benefit from taking place closer to A New Hope? It does have the benefit of having a couple very familiar characters show up! Listen in as Ron gives his granular review!

Happy Halloween from Delusions of Granular! On this episode we look at how scary Star Wars can get with the horror mashup novel, Star Wars: Red Harvest. Is horror a genre that works in the Star Wars novel? Are zombies more dangerous than the Sith? We take a granular look at the 2010 prequel novel written by Joe Schreiber. We have been waiting patiently for the new season of Star Wars: Rebels. New Inquisitors, Ahsoka Tano and old Clones! And the first episode doesn't disappoint bringing back old faces from The Clone Wars. Captain Rex and Commanders Wolffe and Gregor are back but can they be trusted by our band of Rebels? Ron goes through the first episode on this installment of Delusions of Granular!

Lando Calrissian gets his own miniseries from Marvel and we take a look at it. Lando along with his friend Lobot and a questionably loyal crew go on a mission to steal a space yacht with a valuable collection of art relics. But who this ship belongs to gets them all in a lot of hot water. Can Lando pull his way out of this in his own charming fashion? Find out as Ron gets granular with this fun and touching series!

While going through our stack of Star Wars comics for the week, Delusions of Granular came to a moment at the end of Star Wars #10 that stopped us in our tracks. It isn't the appearance of Dengar (although that's always cool) but the creature giving him some important information. And that creature just so happens to be a Gungan! Obviously not the most fondly looked upon creatures of the Star War universe, this appearance of a beat up and nasty looking Gungan captured our imagination. Can the Gungans and JarJar in particular ever be redeemed in the eyes of Star Wars fans?

The last of the Force Friday Books, Star Wars: Lost Stars finally gets read by Ron. Is this the best of the whole lot? Well, maybe not but there is a lot here to love! Everything about this book could have gone wrong: a star-crossed romance, Harry Potter-type hijinks at an Imperial Academy, and a story that weaves in and out of the events of the Original Trilogy and yet it ends up being a very engrossing story that we feel might just be worth your time picking up and reading!
