    A few weeks ago saw the release of the second book in the Star Wars Aftermath trilogy. Picking up right where things left off in the first book from last year, main characters Norra, Temmin, Sinjir and Jas are now tracking down Imperial war criminals. Meanwhile the interlude chapter of the first book which involved Han Solo and Chewbacca receiving information that could lead to them freeing Chewbacca's home world, Kashyyyk from slavery. Where the first book was criticized for having too many interludes and not enough main character action, this book looks to correct all that and tell an engaging story with old and new characters. Now that these books have been labeled as Legend, Steve takes a granular look at this historic first book in the series.

And although there were some awkward moments throughout the weekend, we think the really big news came on Saturday when it was revealed through the trailer for season three of Star Wars Rebels that fan favorite, Grand Admiral Thrawn is being pulled back into official canon.     Ron realizes he never watched all of the original Clone Wars series from 2003 by Genndy Tartakovsky and that we never talked about it on the show. Quickly rectifying both of those situations, we get granular with the first Clone Wars (and Star Wars) TV series. Using traditional drawn animation as opposed to the CG animation that would be used later, Clone Wars was groundbreaking for the saga. The show used a style of animation that was similar to Tartakovsky's earlier show, Samurai Jack. The show also started with episodes that were 3-5 minutes long but by popular demand, grew in length to 15-20 minutes. As time has moved on, is this show still canon?
