Nathan Blackwell of Squishy Studios will be here to visit with us and he will be bringing Craig Curtis, actor and writer for the Studios. Phoenix-based filmmaker Nathan Blackwell began his career like many of his counterparts ... a manic eleven year-old running around with a camera, making terrible movies. He's since directed over forty short films, two low-to-no budget feature films, written seven feature film screenplays, and won over twenty-three awards for filmmaking. the Craig Curtis is one of the founding members of Squishy Studios, participating as both writer and actor. He is also a published author, including the novels Elefante Bianco and the fantasy/adventure novel, The Other Side of the Gate. In addition to his role on the writing staff of Voyage Trekkers, he is also featured onscreen in the parts of General Kang and the robot I.N.F.O. In his leisure time, he refurbishes antique zeppelins.

We will be talking to Jon Schindehette who has been the Senior Creative Director for Dungeons & Dragons, with Wizards of the Coast/Hasbro since 2007. Michael D’Ambrosio is from the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area and has been writing fiction since 2000. He regularly appears at science-fiction, fantasy and horror conventions around the country. He has been a keynote speaker at the Library of Congress. In addition to novels, Michael also has written several screenplays for his books and other projects, which are currently on the market. His main project, Space Frontiers is expected to be a long series while a sequel to Night Creeps and other projects remain a possibility. We will be talking to Michael about the pros and cons of adapting his own books to screenplays and the hurdles he has had to jump to get noticed. Biography of Eddie Upnick, author of Time Will Tell, Future Tense, and 2052 Eddie Upnick was born in Brooklyn, New York, in 1953.  He graduated from Benjamin Cardozo High School in Bayside, New York in 1971.   In 1976, he graduated from New Paltz State University of New York with a BA in Anthropology.  He has worked as a joke writer for Rodney Dangerfield, among others, and as a situation comedy writer off and on between the years 1975-1996.  He invented a game called Super Chess in 1984.  Super Chess was declared one of the top ten strategy games of the year in Games Magazine.  He has been married since 1981 and also shares his home with two parrots. While on vacation in Antigua, in 1995, Upnick met an Englishman named Sidney Dowse.  Mr. Dowse was one of the men who had escaped from Sagan, the prison camp portrayed in the 1963 movie, The Great Escape.  Mr. Dowse had information that was not in any history book.  Dowse related events both from his own recollections, as well as those he himself had been tol
