  • Yogi Misfit Sessions: BC1 The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck

    27/12/2018 Duration: 19min

Here we are! By now, we've finished reading book #1 of the Yogi Misfit Book Club. If you haven't yet finished it--no worries! Keep on keepin' on but there are spoilers ahead! In this session, we talk about The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck and the biggest takeaways. What I loved about this book was how irreverent it was, and pointed out things that are easy to overlook. We get caught up in letting small issues take up all of our attention, but we need to learn how to give less of a f*ck. The five rules Manson puts forth on how to give less f*cks are also really solid--to challenge ourselves and put ourselves in uncomfortable positions repeatedly to grow is key. What were some things that stood out to you? Let me know in the Yogi Misfits Facebook group!Stay tuned for the next book (The Four Agreements, Don Miguel Ruiz):Buy it here.Keep up with all book club-related things here. You'll be joining the rad kula (community) that is the Yogi Misfits.FRIENDS OF THE SHOW:Sewall House Yoga Retreat: Go to www

Listen and you’ll find out what I mean.On a personal note, I just want to say thank you to Adell. She came into my life at the exact moment I needed her. So shout out to Adell, thanks for coming on the podcast and hope to see you soon.As always, shout out to our f
