Mike came through as usual for the main show but it was the opener that really blew me away. And then I found out they were local. From that moment forward, The Hourglass Cats (THC) have been a heavy part of my music rotation. As Cori describes his style, "gypsy cowboy" couldn't more fitting. When Rachel Benkowsi started her Instagram account @brews.with.beerkowski she had no idea the direction it would take her. She has always been interested in history, beer, and the combination of the two. This has led to her teaching a beer school at Bone Haus Brewing in Fountain Hills and starting Beer Babes Family with Roxy Brossoit.
