When Rachel Benkowsi started her Instagram account @brews.with.beerkowski she had no idea the direction it would take her. She has always been interested in history, beer, and the combination of the two. This has led to her teaching a beer school at Bone Haus Brewing in Fountain Hills and starting Beer Babes Family with Roxy Brossoit.
