It takes place from 11th July - 14th July and starts off at the charity's research centre in Lancaster. The bike ride then carries on to Liverpool, Bangor, Carlow and finishes in Dublin. The market works through being able to sell food that supermarkets think are surplus to requirements. The produce is cheaper than in regular shops giving more choice and flexibility to people with financial difficulties.

    Mick Coyle was joined by former Royal Marine and Invictus Games athlete, Andy Grant. The government announced that they would provide an extra 1.5 million pound to a funding pot to provide sports prosthetics for children with limb loss. Andy lost his leg in Afghanistan and uses a prosthetic leg to run competitvely across the UK - he told Mick how the funding will help plenty of children get involved with more sport across the region.

    Liverpool Supporters' Union, Spirit Of Shankly, are to visit Celtic Park this weekend as they continue their discussions around rail seating. The visit, at the invitation of Celtic themselves, will see supporters, Hillsborough survivors and families attend the Ross County match and see the rail-seating section first hand.  Jay McKenna, chair of Spirit of Shankly, joined Mick ahead of the visit to explain that the group sees it as an opportunity to further peoples understanding of what rail seating is and to put questions to Celtic about their experience.

    Multi-skilled apprentice from Kirkby, Susan Thompson, joined Mick Coyle in the studio to talk about how being a woman in a predominantly male industry. Susan tried apprenticeships in hair, beauty and dance but realised it wasn't for her.  She then found an apprenticeship in plastering, plumbing and joinery and she wants to urge more women to get involved in the construction industry.

He told Mick how he believes the money should be used to put back into football at a grass roots level to help pay for pitches and facilities and how important these clubs are for the community.   • Local mum Kate Toohey on her campaign to help her son, James, with batten disease

    Local mum, Kate Toohey, is urging the NHS to fund a drug which she believes could help her 6 year old son, James, to lead a normal life after he was diagnosed with the extremely rare 'batten disease'. The condition can lead to dementia and also stop the body from working. She told Mick Coyle how James was lucky enough to go on a medical trial for a drug that can slow down the progression of the disease and even stabilise it. The shelter has come under fire recently but the Signature Living boss insists that the house is helping homeless people be rehomed and is feeding over 150 people per day. Lawrence also told Mick his vision for the future and how Signature Living will help create a pathway for some Kingsway House users through employment and housing.

    One of Barry Bennell's victims, Steven Walters, spoke to Radio City Talk's Adam Phillips outside Liverpool Crown Court following the former football coach's sentencing for 50 child sexual offences. Bennell was sentenced to 31 years in jail and Steven Walters told our reporter of his relief and how he wants to encourage others to come forward now that he is behind bars.
