Synopsis
In the Having It A.L.L. podcast we explore the question "What does it look like to have it all in life?" Each week I bring you interviews with great leaders, novel thinkers and people who have just plain figured things out. These interviews are always raw, honest, and personal, and will leave you walking with with actionable advice and relatable stories. My goal is to inspire you by showing you the upside of having it all, but to not sugarcoat the process of self discovery and healing that you frequently must go through to get there. My promise to you is to always be as authentic and transparent as possible, so you may not only learn from what I say but also from who I am being, and to inspire you to create your own path to Having It ALL.

The Biggest Lessons I Learned From Bob Proctor
08/02/2022 Duration: 20minHow are the laws of vibration and attraction impacting your life RIGHT NOW? Before being introduced to the words and works of Bob Proctor, I'd have no idea what the heck that question even meant! But today not only do I understand it, but I am very intentional about practicing it and aligning with these laws to create my Abundant Loving Life. And this is all in large part to Bob Proctor. On today's episode I want to take a minute to reflect on the life and lessons of Bob Proctor, who transitioned last week at the age of 87 years young. Bob Proctor's message came into my life when I was just starting to "work on myself" and became intentional about creating a better life for myself. I credit his ability to explain concepts which I was struggling to understand, for unlocking within me a way of looking at my life, my results, and my personal power. If you do not know who Bob Proctor was then I encourage you to check out the links below and start exploring. Much love! Resources from this episode: Video - How The

Who Are You When No One Is Watching? (HIA Classic)
25/01/2022 Duration: 45minThe self improvement game is, many times, a public one. Spiritual, physical, mental and emotional self work can all be done in the open or with a group of people. And with group meditation and yoga and other similar things really taking off these days, one could buy into the idea that self improvement is a public act. But there's something so much more important than the things we're DOING to improve our relationship to our selves, others and life, and that's who we're BEING. I've talked about Doing vs Being on the podcast before, but today's topic takes it a degree further. Today I'm going in on the question: Who are you when no one is watching? So, I ask YOU -- when you're alone, in your secrecy, with no one watching and no one holding you accountable except for yourself, who are you? How do you treat yourself? What allowances do you give yourself? What language do you use to describe yourself and those around you? The way you answer those questions reveals more about your true state of being than other m

Fix Your Leaks
18/01/2022 Duration: 12minWhat "leaks" do you have in your life that need addressing? As you plan out your goals and intentions for 2022, it's important to not only think about the new things you desire, but also to understand the old stuff that you need to address once and for all. These "leaks" can be tough to identify, because focusing on the immediate problem is easier than really getting to the root of what's going on. But if you fail to identify the essence of your challenges, problems and breakdowns, then (1) they will never fully be resolved, (2) they will return in some form, and (3) you will not be able to reach the greatest heights of happiness, peace, freedom and health that you have the potential to reach. My relationships, career and health were stuck for years because I didn't fix my leaks. But I chose to dig in, do the hard and uncomfortable work, and address the things that I had been avoiding (or completely unaware of). Those choices have led me to where I am today, and my relationships, career and health have reache

I've shared various parts of my story over the 5+ years of this podcast, and there's a theme that comes up for me often: crossroads moments. On today's episode, I'm sharing with you an interview that I did with my good friend Ross Leppala, host of the great podcast Project UnchainED. In this conversation Ross is interviewing me, which is a great reversal of roles. 07/12/2021 Duration: 01h11minWhat shame are you hiding? Fellas, this episode is for you. As a man, I've carried with me different types of shame through my life that have had a big impact on how I see the world and operate in it. I learned early on that burying my shame and pretending it wasn't there was the safest way for me to operate. The truth is, it's not. In today's episode we're tackling a topic that lives within many men -- shame. I'm pulling from various sources here to help you understand shame, watch how it plays out in the lives of men like you, and see how other men are choosing to face it. How To Bounce Back Quickly When You're Dealing With Disappointment In Your Life (HIA Classic)
30/11/2021 Duration: 33minHow do you bounce back when your world gets rocked? When everything seems to be going wrong in your life? When your dreams are shattered? Disappointment is interesting. It can be focused internally on ourselves, or externally on others. But no matter where the focus is, the root of it is some sort of attachment and typically judgement. When you get swept up in the emotions around disappointment, it's easy to be carried off in the direction of disempowering emotions and thoughts. The sequence can go like this: you feel the disappointment, you start to judge or take something personally or get angry or react, which leads you to more fear based feelings and thoughts, which pulls you down further. But spotting this behavior and recognizing it at the moment of the triggering event is key to being able to rise above those feelings and stay in your power, in the face of the disappointment. In today's episode I share with you what inspired me to jump off the couch, grab my mic, and record this very podcast! If you wa

You can't see it, but I'm raising both hands at that! I spent my teens and twenties in a state of confusion about all of those things. And truth be told, the fog is still lifting, as I'm constantly getting to know myself better and learning what it truly means to trust my intuition. In today's episode I'm sharing the mic with Paul Colaianni - personal empowerment coach and host of The Overwhelmed Brain Podcast. Paul and I talk about introversion and finding your way in life. The topic comes by way of a listener email. In this case, a listener of Paul's podcast The Overwhelmed Brain reached out to him for advice. What you're hearing on today's show is me joining Paul on his podcast to answer his listener question. If you consider yourself an introvert, have felt lost in life, have never really felt like you know who you should be as a person, and f

How To Deal With A Confidence and Self Worth Breakdown (HIA Classic)
16/11/2021 Duration: 53minWhen was the last time you had a major breakdown in confidence and self worth? So often when our confidence is shook and we're questioning our own value, it's a major challenge to recover and get back into a powerful place. I have too many stories that are a testament to this. In today's episode I'm sharing one of these stories - my recent experience attending my wife's high school reunion. I went through the gamut of emotions, limiting beliefs, and self deprecating stories, leading up to and during this reunion. I questioned my abilities as an entrepreneur, husband and provide. It was fascinating!! The whole experience was so eye opening to me that I'm still extracting lessons from it months later. In the episode you're going to hear me talk about: What initially came up for me when I first heard we'd be going to the reunion How my fears, judgements, and self-worth conversations impacted how I showed up What I tried in the moment to get myself out of my head and ego, and into my heart and power And what

How To Discipline Your Thinking So That You Get What You Really Want In Life! Self Mastery Wisdom From Dr. Joe Dispenza, Abraham Hicks and Shi Heng Yi
09/11/2021 Duration: 51minWhat does it mean to "discipline your thinking" and how is this directly tied to you feeling like you have it all? I want to shine light on what is probably the biggest thing keeping you from having it all in your life -- undisciplined thinking. Undisciplined thinking is being a victim to your thoughts. Undisciplined thinking leads to feelings of angst, fear, worry, anxiety, anger, resentment, and pain....consistently. Undisciplined thinking, when left unchecked, will be what sabotages you from HAVING IT ALL and truly being in love with your life. I had my own experiences recently that showed me where I was in my mental discipline, and laid out in front of me very plainly how chaotic things can get within my mind and body when my thoughts are left unchecked. Ask yourself this question: how disciplined am I with my thoughts, one a 1-10? How effective am I at steering my thoughts in a direction I want them to go in? How comfortable am I being with my own thoughts? In today's episode, I'm bringing you wisdom fro
