Brett Clemmer is a husband, father, disciple-maker, outdoor enthusiast, and avid Boston sports fan. After a career in both the business and social service sectors, Brett joined Man in the Mirror in 2000 and currently serves as President. His passion is to make the church relevant to younger men and men on the fringe. He breaks through the resistance that many men feel toward spiritual topics with his use of personal stories and humor. Brett and his wife, Kimberly, live just outside Orlando, Florida, where they have raised a couple of great kids. His latest hobby is riding a mountain bike (sometimes into gator-infested rivers).

s the Founder and Executive Director of Noble Warriors in Richmond, Virginia. The ministry serves local churches as they equip men to walk with Christ and lead well. Mike and the NW team consult and coach churches across Virginia to follow Jesus’ example of investing strategically and intentionally in men. Mike also serves as the President of the National Coalition of Ministries to Men where he and many others encourage individuals, ministry leaders, churches and denominations to disciple men. He’s also a member of the Iron Sharpens Iron Conference Network and the Fatherhood CoMission. Mike and Stacy live in Chesterfield VA. They have three sons and a daughter.

Rod Handley is the Founder & President of Character that Counts, a ministry established in 2000. Rod has spoken all across the nation about character, integrity and accountability issues. He has written over 20 books including “Character Counts: Who’s Counting Yours?” He served on the staff of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, including 11 years as the COO/ CFO. He has also spoken at hundreds of chapel services for a number of NFL, NBA and MLB teams, including serving as team chaplain for the Kansas City Royals and the Seattle Super-Sonics. Rod and his wife Janna live in Lee’s Summit, MO and they have four children.

KRIS DOLBERRYis a pastor, Bible teacher, writer, and trainer of leaders. Having served in pastoral leadership for 17 years, Kris now leads Ministry to Men at LifeWay Christian Resources. He also serves as Executive Editor of “Stand Firm: A Devotional for Men”. He is experienced at helping churches develop systems for intentional disciple making and strategic mission. Kris enjoys exercise, landscaping, traveling, and watching his beloved Auburn Tigers play football. He is married to Vanessa, his high-school sweetheart. They have three children: Konnor, Emma, and Brady. They live outside Nashville, Tennessee.

Brian Doyle has thirty years of experience laboring for Christ throughout the New England Region. He has served with The Navigators, Promise Keepers, and directed Vision New England’s Men’s Ministries. The goal of all of these ministries was to equip local churches to train men for spiritual leadership in their homes, churches and communities. In 2007 he founded Iron Sharpens Iron which mobilizes over 50 regional Christian men’s conferences each year across the country. Brian and his wife Barb live outside Orlando, FL and have five children.

David Delk began his career as an energy management engineer, but he joined Man in the Mirror in 2003 and has served as its Executive Director, President, and CEO. David authored and co-authored several books including “No Man Left Behind”. He has trained thousands of local church men’s leaders over his 22-year time with Man in the Mirror. David currently serves as Executive Pastor at Grace Church and often lead’s men’s training and seminars across the country. He and his wife, Ruthie, have two grown children and live in the Greenville, SC area.

Steve Sonderman has been a pastor at Elmbrook Church since 1984 and most recently moved into a new role as Executive Pastor of Ministries. Besides working with the men of Elmbrook for the past 25 years, he regularly speaks at men’s conferences and consults and leads seminars nationally and internationally, assisting churches in developing local men’s ministries. In his free time he leads the No Regrets Men’s Ministry and is chaplain for the Milwaukee Brewers baseball team. Steve and Colleen have been married for 33 years and have four children and two grandchildren.

Tom Joyce is a Retired Navy Captain and a pastor at Immanuel Bible Church located in the shadow of the nation’s capitol in Springfield, Virginia. He was selected to fly the F-14 Tomcat, later graduated from the Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN), and was selected to fly in some of the scenes in the movie “TOPGUN”. Tom survived the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack on the Pentagon, which included his office. He leads the men’s ministries of IBC.
