On today's show, the WIP Midday Show is preparing for the MLB trade deadline taking place this Thursday July 31st! The Phillies have yet to make a real impact move and as time runs it the midday show believes the Phillies need to act desperately to get a big time move done. Plus, the midday show has big time training camp interviews live from Eagles camp with Jordan Davis, Dallas Goedert, and of course Eliot Shorr-Parks. As well as, Joe's reaction to Hugh's Eagles dome stadium take, Bryce Harper's confrontation with Rob Manfred, previewing DeCamara vs Fritz round 3 and more!

In hour 1, the WIP Midday Show are talking about the Phillies need to act urgently and even desperately to make a big time move before trade deadline hits at 6pm EST on July 31st. Do you think the Phillies should act desperately going into the deadline? Plus, looking at how to fit Eugenio Suarez defensively if the Phillies were to make a move for the star bat.

In hour 2, Joe who was away last week when Hugh talked about wanting the Eagles to build a new Eagles stadium with a dome if they were to build a new stadium. Joe comments how it may be the worst take Hugh's ever had. So much so that Joe and Kyle want to revoke Hugh's status as a football guy!

In hour 3, it's all interviews from Eagles training camp for the WIP Midday Show. First being joined by Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert who talks about the offense's development and offseason as a Super Bowl champion. Then, Eagles defensive tackle Jordan Davis joins the show to talk about his offseason weight loss transformation and breakout candidates coming out of camp. And, finally Eagles insider Eliot Shorr-Parks joins the show to breakdown everything he saw from the first padded practice of the season.

In hour 4, the WIP Midday Show are reacting to the report from ESPN's Jeff Passan that when Rob Manfred visited the Phillies clubhouse to talk about a potential salary cap inclusion, Bryce Harper got face to face with MLB commissioner and cursed him out! Plus, the midday show previews you with everything you need to know ahead of DeCamara vs Fritz round 3.

Jeff Passan just dropped a report about Rob Manfred's visit to the Phillies clubhouse as he stops by all MLB clubhouses to discuss a potential salary cap addition in the MLB. Eagles insider Eliot Shorr-Parks is live after training camp for the Eagles and joins the midday show with some notes. One of which responding to J.J. Watt's comments against training camp stats. Joe Giglio was out on Friday last week when Hugh made this take. The take being if the Eagles were to get a new stadium, he would want it to be a dome stadium rather than an open air stadium. Joe is back and think this may be Hugh's worst take ever! Do you think this a terrible take by Hugh or that Joe is overreacting?

Eugenio Suarez is a name that it is reported the Phillies are interested in. The best bat available with 36 home runs on the season. However, he may not be the greatest fit defensively being a third baseman when the Phillies have a bigger hole in the outfield. Is it possible for the Phillies to make the adjustment to allow for the offense of Eugenio Suarez?

It's MLB trade deadline week as all eyes will be on this Thursday when the trade deadline closes at 6pm EST. The Phillies need to make a move happen to go all in in order to make a World Series push.
