Welcome back to the Pick and Go podcast. The Fortress is still standing as, despite the recent talk about Eden Park streak coming to an end, the All Blacks were too good for South Africa in a wet & windy affair in Auckland. With the NFL seasons kicking off once again, we wonder which rugby player would make it as an  gridiron great. We take a trip down memory lane as we look back at the last defeat the All Blacks suffered at Eden Park and what things were like at the time of the last defeat. So, what were the key turning points between South Africa and New Zealand? Were South Africa underprepared for the weather or did the All Blacks just get the tactics right. The team now moves to Wellington, which raises the question, why isn’t Wellington, or any other stadium as much as a fortress as Auckland? We turn our attention to the NPC, where there has been a number of upsets in what has been an un-predictable season so far.

The team on the PAG look back at Australia’s comeback win against South Africa and try to figure out what happened. Are South Africa falling from grace, while Australia rises like a phoenix from the flames? New Zealand were also playing in some very testing conditions against a very strong Argentina side who would be looking to beat NZ on home soil, but a solid performance - even if it wasn’t spectacular - meant the ABs took the W. With those two results the Rugby Championship has been blown wide open. NPC continues its exciting start and the panel will be look ahead to all this weekend’s exciting action.

Guest starring alongside Piri on today’s episode is Jeff Wilson and Searley and they’ll be breaking down the recent AB’s squad that’ll be taking on Argentina in the Rugby Championship. We look back at last week’s NPC action and it seems there is already a surprise package this year.
