Synopsis

A podcast about how we learn as we grow, and grow as we learn. Through conversations with inspiring people of all ages who are learning something new, teaching others, or leading organizations, we'll explore what it means to grow as individuals, organizations, and communities. We'll explore questions like: How do you start a new venture or career?How do you learn something new? What are the best ways to guide learning? How do you enact change in an organization? And, how do you apply learning to professional or personal journeys?
