This week Dre and Dori throw Desi a Canna Wedding shower. Inspired by the Cannabis Wedding Expo Dre and Dori attend they decide to hook Desi up with some things they scored at the expo and throw her a celebration for her recent union.  Join in with the girls as they play a cannabis themed "Would you rather" and discuss the ways they may want to incorporate cannabis into their own big day.  

In this weeks episode  Dre invites the girls to take a journey into a cannabis infused/ G.L.A.M. themed local wrestling phenomenon called HoodSlam. A place  where the pizza is cheap and beer is the only alcohol available for sale inside but at least the wrestling is real-ish...    

On this episode the girls are guided through some mindful meditation and yoga by Dori after partaking in a CBD gummy and a brief toking session. Tune in as the girls share with us all the details of their experience.

When we think of smoking, one of our favorite spots to be is outdoors. Whether its hiking in the hils, a quick stroll to Lake Merritt or even just Dori's balcony, there is something about being in nature and smoking that just feels right. And when we want to take it up a notch, there is no place better than the beautiful Conservatory of Flowers, located in SF's historic Golden Gate park and the topic of this weeks Herban Adventure.
