One of the most important aspects of making listing presentations is actually not a lot to do with real estate... What it does have a lot to do with is being present to those you are talking to. If you want them to respond to you as someone who "hears" them, who "understands" them and their needs, then being present is a huge start to getting the listing. You can use this meditation and these thoughts just before you knock on their door or open a zoom meeting to talk to them, and you will be in the right state to take the listing. I talk a lot about, staying strategic and using strategic thinking to figure out what the pathway is for your business, what the vision is for your business. I don't believe that the devil's in the detail. I believe that the devil is actually in figuring out where you're going and what strategy you're going to use. And the reason that I said that is how are we similar to Netflix right now? It's a great analogy for using strategy and for us in the Real Estate industry. Right now, Netflix is in a fight for its life. It's a multi-billion-dollar company that has is at a crossroads and what is happening to them that's going to change the whole world...
