Studiocode Stories

In this episode, Dr. Garry Falloon, from University of Waikato in New Zealand, discusses his research examining how young children interact with mobile technology. Dr. Falloon and his research team developed an internal recording system for the iPad that tracks young students’ actions as they engage with the device for problem solving.  Listen as he describes this fascinating work and how Studiocode played a huge role in the qualitative and quantitative analysis for his research.

In this episode, Dr. Elham Kazemi from University of Washington describes how she used Studiocode for a research project across three universities aimed at improving math education courses.  Studiocode allowed this group of researchers to code, sort, and analyze over 90 video recordings of pre-service teachers during lesson rehearsals.
