Good Morning Diamonds, Today we are closing the book of Daniel, the book of Daniel for me is deep, deeper than my knowledge goes, however I will do my best to try to understand it. The beginning of Daniel was easy to interpret however the closing of Daniel is somewhat complicated.   Daniel is all about visions, dreams and interpretations, there is also lots of stubborn pride which is the biggest factor amongst the Kings of Babylon and Persia. The Jews that were captive in Babylon again made promises to God that they did not keep. They were warned of what would happen during the time of Nehemiah which takes place before Daniel. They did not care to respect God or keep his commandments. We will read about the last four visions that Daniel has and how Daniel try to intercede through prayer. But it is too late, and punishment by God is unavoidable. Daniel also sees visions of revelations the coming of Christ, I am reading the Bible to help my understanding, but I have to admit the final parts of Daniel really

Good Morning Diamonds, I have to tell you this is one of the most complicated things that I've ever had to do. It is easy for me to do the LJDNShow because I'm talking with people about their businesses, or about consumer goods and services (#coffeetalk). It is also easy for me to Co-host with Jay Cut on In the Cut with Jay because it is his show, and he is the one that decides the conversation subjects we discuss. Reading scripture, trying to understand it and compare it with today's life, it seems that no matter how right the scriptures are today’s life situations can make it appear so dated when it's actually not, especially when there are so many lessons and learning experiences in the Bible. Sometimes it doesn't crossover smoothly I don't know if you understand what I'm saying but if you can, bear with me.  Finding that right balance of comparison can be a challenge at times, I know this because of the challenges and balances in my own life, you want to put out the right information and that can be diff

Good morning Diamonds, I am now in part 3 of the book of Daniel and it is as exciting for me as any story that I would watch on cable or see in the movies. I am learning so much about myself finding faults within me that I did not know were there. I pray that I take the new found revelations within myself and use them correctly, will they make me perfect? No, because there was only one perfect being. But they can help me to make better choices in my life even when I don't want to make those choices. We tell our kids to make better choices but think about it do we really make better choices in our own lives? I also pray for strength along the way.  What I am finding out about Daniel is not only was he faithful but he was brave and strong in his faith, he loved God and as a result he was blessed bountifully.   I am also learning about pride in areas I did not know was considered as prideful, learning more about how to handle those who think and want to have control over me or my family. I got to bed late last night as usual but I'm up this morning to talk with you about the book of Daniel part 2 of the LJ Morning Sparkle Show. Sometimes when I read the books in the Bible and attempt to translate and understand them I am fascinated by the power of our God. Daniel and his 3 friends are truly anointed by God, as we continue with the story of Daniel and his 3 companions we go further into the dream I talk about the interpretation of the dream and what it meant, and what King Nebuchadnezzar’s reaction was in response to Daniel’s interpretation. I will also read some scriptures from Daniel and talk about the miracle that was performed, and what King Nebuchadnezzar witnessed with his own 2 eyes. Good Morning Diamonds , Today we start a new book The Book of Daniel, I Love the smaller books of the Bible. Some of the books in the Bible I remember but understood them vaguely, some of them I remember fully Daniel and King Nebuchadnezzar is one of them I vaguely remember fully. Most of us have been to church and the preacher have preached every book in the Bible, some of it we just don't grab fully even after when reading the bible on our own a lot of it we tend to forget, at least me anyway.  The Book of Daniel is about dreams and visions,  gratitude and faith obedience. It shows how obedience and discipline can work for you and where it can get you in the Kingdom of God. The #goodbook also lets us know that there's no giant, no mountain no skyscraper or anything that is too big that God can't knock down. Well reminding us be careful with those that we decide to follow and whose believes and characteristics we choose to take on as a people. Good morning Diamonds, Welcome to the final episode of the book of Nehemiah, I have to tell you this month has been very convicting for me I have had all types of obstacles to stand in my way so that I won't continue this program. I've even thought about doing things differently when it came to the program 'cause it always seems that I did not have enough time. It always seemed that when it came down to my studies There is always someone or something that interferes,  and it prevents me from doing these study but I'm here to say today that the devil is a lie, and I'm not going to stop. Last night after I finish with my notes my Internet went down and every week there seems to be something else getting in the way. Last night it went down and would not come back up, This is after I did the usual to get the Internet back up it would not come back up,  it stayed in the red until I finally got tired and went to sleep. I am feeling a little under the weather I have a stuffy nose and stuffy head (allergies). Not to mention today has been crazy! I have not had a chance to get proper rest to be able to read and give my own interpretation of the last chapters of Nehemiah properly. So before I put a bad interpretation out there for you I have to feel good about it myself and I just could not deliver it today in lieu of being sick and continuously falling asleep on my notes. Good Morning Diamonds, Today on The Book of Nehemiah I'm going to talk about people using people within our own communities and cities.  We have users and Folks that feed on us within our own nationalities.  And how they did the same thing during the days of Nehemiah. Nehemiah has his work cut out for him and so does some of us within our communities, family, and relationships. But through prayer, Nehemiah made it through and through prayer, we can make it through too.  I'm also going to talk about plots, people that plot against us to keep us down,  those that want to keep you in that broken state. But the devil is a liar because that's not what God intended for us that is not His master plan. There are people that use the church and its congregation as plots to go up against us and they will use friends, family, and relationship to assist them in this dastardly deed. The show included 3 guest, Voice Over actor at that time Roderick Jefferson, Author Nicole M. Dixon and Entrepreneur/Network-Marketer Robert McNulty. Our first conversation was about social media as a business owner. The second conversation was about mobile phones and how old do you think a child should be before they get a mobile phone. and the last conversation we had was about texting while driving. During that time my shows were 2 hours long, now my show is an hour long, so I had to chop out some things in the show in order to make it an hour. I managed to get it down to one hour and 15 minutes, that's because if I took out anymore I would have to break it in the middle of a conversation. I am not sure where I will be or what I will be doing. I do know that I won't be trying to do a live show. Good Morning Diamonds, Today is the day that most of you have been waiting for, it is the end of the book of Esther and I do have enough time to finish it.  So far, the book of Esther has been a most exciting book filled with everything that goes on in today’s society especially the drama. the last part of Esther we will find out about what happened to the Jewish people and how they overcame a major obstacle. There are several morals to this story one of the morals is the underdog doesn't always have to be the one who gets defeated. The underdog has a God that can and will fight for them. he sets the stage in motion and uses the characters as he sees fit for the victory; he puts things in proper perspective for his people and for those who believe in him. There is a new decree in the province of Shushan that is written by the hand of Mordecai with the support of the king. There is an unseen decree on our lives that have already been written by our Lord and savior all we have to do is to pray and believe he’l

Today we are finishing the book of Esther this book is full of surprises full of drama, suspense, rumors and gossip you name it it's right there in the good book. I tell you there is truly nothing that is going on now that has not gone on during biblical days. We made dress different our hair may be a little different, the shoes we wear and the music we listen to may be different, but the earth has told these stories so many times. And for each time it does a scripture is played and repeated there is truly nothing new under the sun. What's up Diamonds , This morning we are going further into the book of Esther when we left off last we talked about the elaborate banquet that was taking going on and how the queen Vashti refused King Ahaserus his request. Today we go a little bit further into what happened after the queen ignored the Kings request and how he and Esther met. I will also be introduced to 2 new characters Mordecai and Hammon in my comparison. Thank you for taking this walk with me as I talk about the scriptures of the Bible I am learning things and having my eye opened to areas of scripture that I did not fully understand.  The breakdown and study let’s me see the different personalities and characters in biblical times and the more I read and study them the more I realize that these same personalities and characters exist in today's society.
