The REAL Cost of Pushing Through Your Pain
26/02/2021 Duration: 17minIn this episode I share some of the reasons I have held back from investing in myself and what it’s cost me. For years I was just trying to figure out how to handle or manage my pain so when it came to thinking about anything else it all took the back seat. Have you ever felt that way about something or have even said, “I’ve got more important things to take care of, this can wait.” I am the first to say that I am no pro at saying “Yes” to opportunities to invest in myself but when I have, it’s paid off and because of that I do my best to intentionally look for opportunities to invest in my emotional, mental and everything in between. I’ll share my perspective on the importance of investing in your mental and emotional health and how the choice of whether to invest or not can affect our success in life and business. To book a free coaching session or join the tribe: https://www.craftedtothrive.com/Send Me A Text & Share Your QA's or ThoughtsSupport the showLoved this episode? The Biggest Thing that Keeps You From Earning What You're Worth
04/09/2020 Duration: 36minMindset is an incredibly powerful tool. It is the driving force behind the actions and behaviors which will set us up for success or keep us fearful and unsure about the future. Depending on which mindset we adopt, our perspectives will be very different. The path of abundance has us looking at the world through a lens of optimism and gratitude. What Does Headwraps Have To Do With Decisions and Confidence?
10/07/2020 Duration: 17minDecisions and Confidence are essential aspects of growing a business. They are also two of the reasons so many of us get stuck because we feel like we don't have enough... But I challenge all of us to take time to reflect on whether that belief is true? Ask ourselves where did that come from? So many times we are looking for the answers to why we haven't found confidence or made decisions because we are looking to external things, but what I have found is the experiences we have in our lives often color our beliefs. We ignore them or brush them as if they have little consequence to our daily life but they are often the reasons why we find it hard for us to take the leap into decision making and confidence. In this episode, I share with you how my negative experiences while wearing headwraps almost made me lose my confidence in sharing my unique story.
